A big thankyou to Bree who helped me today when I got the air hose stuck. She came out, fixed the air hose, then put air in all my tyres which I am very grateful for. I've always found the staff here to be friendly and helpful which is really appreciated. Thankyou

Staff are kind, always enjoy seeing their faces, the girl with the long dark hair always greets me with really lovely engery!

The sign says. "Drive through coffee".
Great. Pulled in and there was a car in front. Service window was closed.
Waited for ages and no movement.
Drove to the front of the service station and walked in to see if anyone was serving coffee etc at the drive through.
We will get someone out there.
Drove back and waited.
They finally delivered food to the car which was still waiting.
Our order was for 2 coffeess in our own mugs.
This took sime time also.
If you're in a hurry. Dont go here.

Roxie is amazing always makes me feel welcome and provides exceptional service. She is a credit to the store.

The lady that works overnights (quite new) is the best worker I’ve ever seen knows my order everytime and is so nice and respectful definitely needs a pay rise awesome place am glad too be a local

Roxie deserves a promotion! Every time I fuel up she is so friendly and welcoming. My husband and I have both been served (on separate occasions) by her and we both agree she delivers excellent customer service!

Great servo.
Always have bait and ice and happy staff.
Bathrooms are always generally clean too.

Tried to refuel sunday at 4.10am.no answer to knock on widow or toot on horn for 10 minutes.had to drive off not refueled.
Where was the storeperson? !

Had discount for fuel.
Staff not adequately trained to apply discount.
Disappointed not surprised.

Good location for the locals, but nothing really "stand out" about a service station anymore, they are all really just convenience stores that sell fuel!
Don't mean to offend but, they should all be the 1st to promote hiring Aussies!

A servo is a servo but this is the first one I've seen where you can refill your fresh water bottles! Perfect if you're on bore water like me!

Good old Caltex. Not that the servo is anything special but the staff are good there. Great people. Keep up the good work guys.

I understand the security issues, but I wish they could stay open a bit longer in the evenings, so we don't have to pay through the window. Maybe another security system should be invested on their staff?

My family and I always go there to fuel up - seeing that we live in the area.
The staff have never been helpful.
Today, however Tuesday 19 th Feb 2019 5: 50pm, my 11year old daughter went there. I fuelled up - paid with my card and we needed $80 cash which we utilized the ANZ atm for.
The atm machine only dispenses $50 notes, so, i got a $100 cash out. So I had two $50 notes. I neede $80 for a cash transaction.
So I offered my daughter a chocolate and ice cream. The cashier refused to accept my cash! (Saying that he cant give me change)
So i went back ti my car put$5 fuel into my car went back in and tried to pay with my $50 note.
The cashier had a melt down and demanded that i use my credit card. (Saying that he warned me) he then gave me $45 change in dollar coins and was very rude too. All this infront of my child. (She was upset after the incident)
I will have to call their head office concerning this incident.
I will NEVER use this servo ever again

Often got some of the cheapest fuel south of Perth, friendly staff and convenient to shops and major roads.

Great local Caltex Station. Prices for fuel usually 4-5 cents more per litre than PK. Best fuel up day Monday afternoon. Good selection of food with pricing high as expected for a fuel station.

Good staff. Caltex Vortex is a desirable product. Without the $2 coffee being available, Caltex Starmarts are less attractive. Unlike their Foodary counterparts, however, Starmarts do offer fuel discount for Uber drivers using the 'Momentum' app. As always, other "discounts" in exchange for purchasing (usually two overpriced) items is best avoided.

I would avoid this place. The prices are much more expensive than other service stations, and customer service is very lacking. I hate not being able to look around in the store at night

Went here last night filled my car up with a full tank, and was hoping at 38.5 weeks pregnant to come into the store to have a look at some treats to satisfy cravings - but I was not allowed in. DESPITE then having just let another man in just before me. It was about 8: 30pm. There was 2 staff on and it was very clear how pregnant I was. Lucky I guess - may have bought half the shop!

Why have a atm or toilet if you're not going to let anyone in the store after 8pm on a Thursday night like it's late night shopping ridiculous I won't be back
