Calibre (Enex100)

I visited this store to take a look around for a particular style of shirt and whilst I found some ideas I was impressed thoroughly by the customer service! Particularly this bloke willow. He was so helpful and made my experience here worth visiting. I’ll be back soon.

The clothing is fantastic at Calibre, I think they are probably the best label for well tailored and flattering cuts for men, particularly for shirts, whether casual polo style or business shirts. The lady that works there, Kasia, is really delightful and incredibly helpful and she knows the products extremely well. She makes shopping there a really pleasant experience. 10/10

Went to the store on 18/11/18, tried few shirts got a 2nd opinion from my partner she didnt like it so we thought to try next store, the lady serving us got upset and told my misses sorry it's too pricey for u and u cant afford it, I really got offended by her words,

I think business doesn't work like this, I wont visit this store again.

Shocking suites. If you want a $900+ suite to last you under 1 year then look no further. Material ripped NUMEROUS times in both pants and jacket. Melbourne Head of Retail - Isabella was condescending over the phone and offered no help. Left very frustrated after spending over 3 months trying to resolve this issue. First time I have ever thrown a suit in the trash, as it was now beyond repair and no longer suitable for a Corporate Office. Would never shop here again.

Staff are friendly, store is clean and well presented. But the quality of the clothing is terrible. Everything is labelled MADE IN CHINA, paying $199 for a basic tshirt that is made in a china with crooked stitching in my opinion does not resemble "quality".

Had the amazing experience of being served by Candice while searching for an outfit for my citizenship ceremony. She was super knowledgeable about the products and fits. Finding the perfect outfit was a lot easier then I imagined but when you have good customer service it wasn’t much of a surprise. Thanks Candice and thanks calibre for a great outfit I can wear again and again.

Alex was excellent in fitting me out with 2 suits, had excellent advise and was very knowledgble. I highly recommend dropping in if you need a new suit or formal wear. Alex will be able to help you out quickly and concisely.

Alex is a gentleman who not only assisted me find the perfect suit for a big meeting, He did it in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend this store to any business professional looking for straight forward honest advise on what works best and why.
