The owners need to chill, The way he speaks to his employees is by far the worst I have ever seen. People should never support a business that treats people like he does. Never eating here again! Better spend your money at a place that treats people in the right way!

I came in for brunch and coffee with my family with our two young children. We watched the owner disrespect his staff and belittle them.
The atmosphere was horrible as the staff was working as hard as they could.
He should consider his actions towards other people.
We will not be back.

The owner definitely needs some relaxation therapy. I worked here for two days until he lost it and found it appropriate to yell at me in front of guests and staff members. He shouted that I wasn’t worth it and I never had to show my face again.

This guy really needs some communication and breath work training to prevent losing his temper. More than happy that it happened at the second day already, so I don’t have to step one foot in that place again! Hoping he sleeps well tonight for yelling at an always positive and happy employee. I know I will now that I’m gone:)

Very rude staff I would stay away, there's a new short girl working there when I was sitting there last week she was constantly eye balling me I been customer there for long time, so one girl that seemed polite another new one came said hello had chat here and there in shopping centre so I mentioned how rude this girl was the short one, she said I mention it to her, however this girl is not good either as I was walking past they were pointing me out laughing just imature and unprofessional, so I went back told her don't point me out when I walk past so the owner gets involved arguing swearing yelling at a long time customer across the centre so I yelled back the and big argument started, also use of foul language from him first then I followed the owner is always rude and it's being said all around pheonix many ppl tell me how rude he, he knows I was a customer and could have asked me what happened instead of going off his face so I just yelled back very bad never setting foot there again.those 2 girls working there a very stupid

This place has no prices, so i think the owner makes it up as he goes along,
Ordered a beef sausage and crab stick and was charged $6.70 came back the next day and ordered the same thing and was charged $7 and never offered a receipt for obvious reasons, after checking my bank statement, last time here can't trust this place.

Great place I love it here, the prices are really good and the food is great quality, yummy and fresh tasting. Everyone is really nice and friendly. It will be my new go to for a quiet coffee or a treat with the family. We got 3 drinks and some food for under $25. I'd recommend checking it out.

Don’t ever go here the manager here is awful, when a staff member made a mistake which happens often, he did not want to help correct it at all and yelled across the cafe at customers claiming it was their fault. Very rude!

Service is fast and friendly.
Ordered a meal with chips and salad, the chips were soggy and unseasoned. Ordered cake for takeaway but its just a small portion for a piece of cake which is costly. No value for money.

I went there today (Thursday) with a sleepy baby on my hands and the girls there were so helpful and nice-that’s what you want/need when you’ve got only 1 hand free

The one near Muffin Break is handy and the gentleman serving was helpful but sadly his bacon & egg sandwich was dry
