Caffissimo Mirrabooka

They don't use real bacon here and you can taste it, it's terrible. They use far too much cheese on the omlette, and you don't get any of the other flavours. The ice coffee was nice, but that's about it. Can't recommend this place at all

Don't think the bacon is normal. I get they may not eat it or whatever but if they don't want to serve it, don't have it on the menu. Just ruined both meals we ordered. I got a BLT and my daughter got the eggs Benedict

Ordered club sandwich with green tea on Uber. The Uber driver said he even asked for the green tea but the lady who handed him the order said there’s no green tea in the order. When I called them and asked about it, the lady who was preparing the coffee said they forgot it and asked me to hold for one minute only to serve the other customer while I was on the call waiting for the solution.
On top of that, the chicken in the sandwich was too salty. I ended up buying food from other place wasting all my money.
This was my first time and will be my last time with caffesimo in mirrabooka.

Very poor, on reflection it has obviously been taken over by a certain ethnic group, ordered a BLT & chips but no bacon was on it rather it was silverside which was very tough to chew. Don’t have it on the menu as B is for bacon on a BLT. No warning when I ordered. This is fragrantly misleading on the menu. Not going back again as I can see it’s directed to a certain clientele…. Very disappointing

The girls Amelia and Jasvinder are always obliging and pleasant. A bonus they make the best coffee thats a plus for me as I'm fussy. Their prices are reasonable with a loyalty card for the coffee drinkers.

Daughter had chicken panini with cheese, tomato, spinach, basil, pesto, mustard, Mayo, herbs and garlic in a ciabatta bread roll. She enjoyed it but was not anything special she thought. I had steak and cheese sandwich and chips which had steak, cheese, mushrooms, fried onions, rocket, Mayo, Chipotle bbq sauce, tomato on sourdough toast. Tasted fine except ketchup tasted a bit strange and chips were just okay.

I don’t know what meat it was but definitely wasn’t bacon it was dark oily and tough I couldn’t chew it
Please don’t say bacon when it’s not that’s false advertising and we got charged quite a lot for 3 breakfasts and it was nice if menu says bacon than serve bacon don’t lie

Very disappointing, I have eaten at other caffissimo and it's been very pleasant and delicious.

We ordered breakfast scrambled eggs was nice, everything else was disgusting bacon was not bacon and no spinach but a couple of lettuce leaves. Will never go there again.

Very slow & poor service, the staff did not clear away dishes the whole time we were there.

Not a fan of change but.today, Amelia (new to me) made the best cappuccino I've had in many years! Piping hot, nice and frothy and a generous sprinkling of chocolate!

This cafe used to be one of my favourite places to relax with obliging young girls making a great coffee ️. Recently there's been a change of staff. She's lovely. However to the Owner " how do you expect a young girl to service all customers when she has no assistance"? I had to wait quite a long time for service. Support your worker's. Don't expect miracles from them.

Great coffee and very helpful staff. Great place to grab some food or drinks when visiting the shopping center.

Very slow service, we orderes 2 Taro bubbles tea tasteless, warm temp. Me and my friend both have diarrhea at night.

Had a Chicken and salad roll, very disappointed I think it was a leftover from the day before roll was very dry asked for no cheese but there was a slice of cheese. The coffee was nice. The girls were friendly

Pretty poor food quality and wait times. Staff are polite but not very efficient. Didn't enjoy my meal at all, neither did my friend unfortunately

I'm a barista and always scared to buy a coffee somewhere else but that coffee was perfect! Exactly how I like it! Had aswell a bagel and it was gorgeous! Thanks for the perfect costumer service!

I could never understand why the less pleasant looking Coffee Club was always way fuller than this place. But now that I've been there, I understand.
It is a goldmine through its ambience and location. Very pleasant in there (if you ignore the dirty tables).
However, service is vaguely friendly, but half-hearted; very slow and disjointed.
The foods are way overpriced for what you get! Very disappointing foods, and at premium prices. I could do much better at home, for a fraction of the price.
Avoid.

Extremely slow, took ages for a coffee to arrive - then they forgot a bottled drink, 30+ min later first burger arrived.finished that and was still waiting for second burger to arrive AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY

Poor costumer service! Asked them if a certain food contains tomato, the waitress was completely loss, she didn’t know what it contains, the manager came and assured me there was no tomatoes in it! But when I got my food it has tomatoes! They don’t even know what there is in the food they serve! The front girl definitely needs more training, she doesn’t have any customer service experience! I had to repeat my order several times like she was not understanding anything! Good food but please go get yourself better staff
Went a second time because we didn’t have any other choice, took them 30 minutes to make our food and they got it wrong! Again they have poor costumer service

Worst cafe I have ever been to. Ordered a tuna and salad sandwich which was nice but I think and hour and a half for our meals to come out is far too long. Two family members ordered big breakfast and had no bacon or tomatoes, my grandson ordered chicken and may roll and after waitin 2 hours we decided to let them know and left, granddaughter ordered steak sandwich which had no salad and was very average. Waiting time is ridiculous
