Had brunch and food was freshly cooked staff are lovely and very helpful coffee here is tops

Hopeless!
Ordered coffee and soup. Soup was nice but no spoon to eat it with. And the coffee took more than 30 min. (They must have forgot us)
They did apologise in the end.

Nice environment, pleasant staff and cafe/tables were clean.
Toasted sandwiches and coffee were very nice. Will definitely return.

Always a disappointment. Ordered toasted bacon n egg sandwich. Dry toast like cardboard, no butter just horrible. I don't think their kitchen staff have a clue about australian foods. Won't go back. The first time I came here I ordered pancakes! Expecting them to be like the ready made ones by tip top, they were homemade, little horrible white things cost a fortune for a 50 c effort.

Always the wrong order is given, chips are overcooked. Also the kitchen staff don't know how to time the meals so people on the table are getting them at the same time. My husband waited 15mins after my burger and he ordered a caesar salad. Not good.

I order from here through Uber eats regularly & the food is always lovely & comes very well packaged:)

I love this place. A diamond in the rough, sometimes you even get a show in the walkway, all for free.

Coffee is always amazing, no need to chuck in the bin as you walk out and I love their toasties.

Staff was unfriendly. Coffee was okay. In one scoop of ice cream they gave one table spoon of ice cream. When asked staff said they have to flow the rules. They should change scoop to spoon in their menu.

There is a saying service with a smile this place in abundance of it sauri my apologies if I have spelt it wrong always has a smile love food lovely coffee lovely people

Cautionary tale for gluten free diets:
Ordered a latte and omelette for breakfast via menulog. I have coeliac disease so thought an omelette would be safe. I was WRONG. Omelette is made with flour as a filler, almost more flour than egg which made it flavourless and chewy and not worth the price I paid. Didn't realise the texture was wrong until a few forkfuls in so called the restaurant and they confirmed this is NOT GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY. Careless mistake on my part but I have never had an omelette with flour in my life until now so didn't expect it to be a thing. Matcha chai latte was good and everything was well packaged and arrived hot but rather upset I will be sick for a couple of weeks now
I imagine a request could be made to accommodate GF, just be more diligent than I because you will get glutenated if you eat here.

Woman at the counter spoke to me in an unfriendly and condescending manner. It was my first time at Maddington Central, as I was looking at real estate nearby. The short yet unpleasant exchange was enough to ruin my day. There are other cafes within the shopping centre I would recommend going to instead. If you're after friendly service, this isn't the place.

Been driving for 10 minutes to get a good coffee.
Small cappuccino was full of milk absolutely no coffee maybe coffee price gone up!

Lovely staff best wagu beef burgers and im fussy as i dont eat maccas or hungrys burgers very clean and fresh food

Purchased breakfast which was almost $24 and then $4.80 on top for pot of tea. Asked for some sauce to go with my breakfast and was charged an additional $1.50! Every place I have ordered a breakfast gives you free sauce. Thought this was mean and greedy. When I mentioned it she said “Sorry about that” If your sorry don’t charge for it! Breakfast was warm and eggs were cold won’t be back

After this post and the request to contact head office, which I did via email, there was a satisfactory response to this mistake. Thank you to head office for their assistance in the matter.

CHECK YOUR CHANGE ASK FOR A RECEIPT and TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CHARGE and CHANGE, Food was great, juice was good, I picked up for a disabled client. Change was a significant amount out, due to rushed situation it wasn't checked till we got back to clients home. I did call and had no positive result. Won't purchase any thing from them again.

Ordered pancakes through Uber. It was the toughest pancake i’ve ever had my lifetime. A steak would be more tender I guess. Come on, pancakes are the easiest to make. The one in maccas is actually softer even if delivered cold.

First time you went asked for eggs on toast, food arrived, toast now t buttered, eggs sitting on col plate! Complained, no reaction! Eggs Benny 3 times, only once did I get what it asked for as far as the eggs went! Won’t bother again!

They do a really nice big breakfast, good service and nice clean place to visit for a meal or just a coffee with friends

Not too bad you pay a little more for the service but the food is hot exactly as described and delivered with a smile.extensive menu fresh and healthy options available

Great place and location but wasn't busy this morning and I waited too long for food. If it wasn't for the wait I would've given 5 stars
