Miss old management who founded the business. They were the best. But the new owners are nice. Food consistent with newer options available.

I go here 4-5 times a week. The coffee is good, so is the service and the food is varied and tasty. There is only one thing that bothers me and l have mentioned it and it still gets done. I just don't know why they have to spray the table 7/9 sprays on one top then they wipe it. If you need that much spray then you need to find a better brand. On every table when the cafe is full that is a lot for this asthmatic to take and l go there regularly. Reluctantly l may have to change cafes. Thing is the coffee is pretty good there.

The best cafe in town hands down. It’s a ritual for me and husband on our day off for a good meal with the BEST coffee. They have varieties of option for food from savoury to sweet, cakes are must try and not to mention service by kalpana is very warm and welcoming with her heartily smile at all times. We feel cafe ya here like our home. When in Perth a must try for everyone!

I was able to get to know this shop because of something, and I've been using it several times. I can't evaluate the meal because I always order only coffee, but the impression is that the coffee is a little diluted. Anyway, the terrace of the cafe here on a sunny day has a good atmosphere and calms down. I always take it easy. Limited to this.

Wow! The food, the service, the coffee, the selection, and dog friendly, Wow! Absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back. This moves to the top of our list for our breakfast or lunch days out. We love nice food, value for money, great coffee, and this has it all. I wish I'd have taken a photo of my hubby's Big Breakfast, Wow again! The freshly made to order Hot Cakes are yummy xxx You should be very proud Cafe Ya Here xxx

Mixed emotions. Sausage rolls I ate here are literally one of the the best I've had in Perth. However, coffee was watery. It was really thin and bitter.

Food came out within 10min of ordering very happy with everything only thing would be options on the menu for smoked salmon, mushrooms, avo things like that to go with the eggs beni

Friendly staff, great local location, good food.

Need work on text messages orders. Sometimes after ordering and heading down to collect, they haven’t even checked the order so you are waiting around and it’s frustrating when it’s really busy.

Have ordered coffee twice through Uber eats and 2 twice its been missing from the order.

Double check items are there before sending orders.

I would like to add, if it had halal menu options, it would easily earn

No acknowledgement when you walk into the cafe

This would be the most unfriendliest place I have ever been to in a long time and I don’t even know why they open their doors

Looks good, the pictures look great, but the food has no flavour whatsoever and the service is appalling. I would be more welcome to buy a Angry dog than We were at this place.

The food was just thrown down on the table in front of us, not even in front of the right person.
Banana milkshake had no flavour whatsoever I was just drinking frothy milk.

I’m in such a hurry to get us out there trying to take the plates from the table before we’ve even finished the food but could not clear the table for us to sit down at the beginning

Totally disgusted is not a word strong enough for my experience in this cafe today.

Do not waste your time nor money.

Ordered the following

Chicken Salad
Side Order Chips
Long Black Coffee.

It all came out very quick, within 10 minutes.

The chicken salad was oversaturated with something sweet. Not sure what, but it was meant to be balsamic.

The chips were practically all chip ends. Not whole chips.

The long black came out in takeaway cup instead of a mug.

Paid $35 for the above.

The toilet was dreadful and had not been cleaned. I just walked right out.

Staff were at least friendly.

Particularly friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely space. Coffee is particularly good.
The only downside is it's not in a great location. Look out the window, and there's nothing much to see. Scraped through to earn 5 stars!

Would highly recommend this cafe! I got the bacon and egg toasted sandwich, white choc brownie and a mocha on Friday. Can’t fault anything at all! Coffee was spot on. Thank you, from one barista to another. Will be back again!

Beautiful breakfast ordered via ubereats. Totally recyclable packaging and love the little thank you stickers. Small touches that show they are more than just about really good food
