We love coming here, beautiful food, great setting and such friendly wait staff. Definitely recommended

The restaurant is way too hot.
Air conditioning ineffective thus uncomfortable.
The baramundi was average.
The fish and chips was not crispy.

Management need to get air conditioning sorted.

Delicious food, great staff and lovely venue. My husband and I both ordered steaks (cooked blue and rare) - they came out cooked perfectly, with VERY generous portions of sides and sauces. We ordered the s&p calamari to share for entree which was superb, and again a huge portion! It could easily have fed four of us!
Recommend to book in advance to ensure you get an outside balcony table. We will definitely visit again!

Never had bad service or a poor meal here. Large restaurant with seating outside looking over the canal and moored boats. Look out for dolphins swimming by.
There are toilet facilities and pleased to say it's wheelchair friendly.

Recently my wife and I from Bunbury wanted to dine out with our daughter from Perth. Mandurah being central was ideal. After considerable research we chose Cafe Coast Restaurant. We are so happy we did because everything was faultless.

Food was lovely, service from table wait staff was great. Lady behind the bar taking payments was clearly not in the best of moods. Was extremely loud in there, but overall was nice for lunch.

Went to Cafe Coast this morning for breakfast after hearing many good reviews from friends. We both ordered the Big Breakfast with poached eggs. The poached eggs were well over-cooked and the mushrooms were cold. The coffee was great and location was beautiful so it was a bit of a let down to have such average food and not what I would expect from such a highly rated restaurant.

Salad was swimming in oil, unfortunately you're paying their rent bill with the prices but the decor is very old and if you're inside you don't even get a decent view so definitely not worth it IMO.

Good price and position, you can take the boat and tie up get a coffee and head out for the day.

Can't fault this restaurant. The service was great & the staff were very friendly. Food was amazing, generous portions & the wine was good whilst not being overpriced.

The waitstaff and the restaurant views are great but unfortunately I found the food rather overpriced for the quality and quantity you get. Very middling fare.

Service and food was fantastic. Not to noisy either do could hear each other's conversations. Highly recommend restaurant cafe at Halls head. Big servings as well. Value for money. Clean and a great atmosphere

Enjoyed a lovely lunch, the menu is great with plenty of choice, the food was amazing and the staff were very attentive and caring. Good portion size too so if you have a sweet tooth avoid having a starter.

We booked for our family, 10 people. As always we received a very warm welcome from the familiar staff. Due to current requirements, we were in line to provide our details, and when we were recognized, we were offered to do this at our reserved table. The service was warm and efficient, the food was delicious and beautifully presented and the atmosphere all round was relaxed and friendly.

Lovely outlook, friendly service, large portions of food. I had the Beef salad which had good flavor but on the mushy side for me. Nicely presented food.

Excellent service and the food was absolutely superb. The chef and kitchen staff deserve the highest recommendation possible. Best restaurant meal ever.

Nice food and excellent service at reasonable prices. I like the German food and the stroodle was excellent. Can be hard to hear when it’s full because the noise seems to bounce around the restaurant.
