Bought a vintage Biggles book and it arrived well packaged and secure. Book was in great condition (and as described on the Caerwen website) for its 70+ years age. Outstanding online customer service from Lee-Anne. What an asset she is for the company. Only suggestion for improvement is to have more than one photo of the book (s) for sale on your website so buyers can get more of an appreciation of what they are intending to buy. Overall A+ service.

The wrapping and protection was outstanding.
The best I have ever seen for a book mailing. The wrapping is also compostable.

Contacted them to enquire about a specific edition of a book I wanted to purchase. Received polite, rapid, replies with information (and pictures) of the edition they had in their store. After purchase the book was on its way to me the following day from Australia. I believe I had it in my possession in the UK in well under a week. Excellent seller and service.

I've dealt with Caerwen books twice via email or online shopfront. Both times they've provided excellent service and the books I received were in as good or better condition than they described. Prices were good too, with reasonable shipping.
