Staff are cheerful and friendly. The doctor is caring and calm and kind. The arduous wait to get through to reception is repeatedly a barrier for those with less computer literacy, and for those seeking answers to difficult questions.

There was a wait time, but I saw the Doctor I wanted to see, and my requests were filled promptly and efficiently. All staff members were polite and efficient. Thank you.

Attended Byford Medical Centre Skin Cancer Clinic today to have a suspicious mole/sore/growth checked out on my arm. Everyone (receptionist and doctor) were very friendly and helpful. A good experience all-round. I have to attend next week for a skin cancer to be cut off my arm. Recommend highly.

I had a phone consultation which worked very well. The call was on time and the Doctor resolved my issues promptly. This also meant I did not have to attend the surgery.

On the 31st May my wife and I attended the Byford Medical Centre for a covid-19 injection. The process was well organised, and although there were quite a few people there everything was completed extremely quickly and efficiently. (Incidentally I did not feel a thing with the injection).

As my wife has an ongoing condition, and we are both over 75, we are frequent visitors to the practice and could not be more pleased with the care provided by Dr Butis and all the other doctors, nurses and front desk staff at Byford Medical Centre.

My physio Alison is cruisy and awesome, My doctor Dr Butters is freaking good.

The men's toilets have a baby change table! Usually when I take my daughter anywhere all the change tables are in the womens toilets
only and I get dirty looks for changing her on the floor, you have no idea how great this is!

I was here at 9am on Saturday, however they were closed. The sign on the door says they are open between 7: 30 and 11am on Saturdays.
