BWS Yanchep

I just tried to buy a carton of beer. There was only 3 6 packs left and 5 individual beers. I took them to the counter to pay for a carton-only 1 beer short and willing to sacrifice.
They refused to sell to me as a carton and wanted to charge me unit price of $107. The carton price was around $62.

I was a regular to this shop but will never purchase from there again.

Popped in after grocery shopping and picked up a few bottles of wine. Clean, good variety to to choose from and service was good.

Good range & prices. Staff are absolutely awesome, so friendly and chatty, at times quite quirky. Love dropping in there to see the girls, even when I'm not purchasing now

Went to purchase some drinks, the cashier was very rude and bad attitude will never step back through the BWS store again.

Normally go to this shop and normal very good, but on this occasion I went to bug alcohol for myself and took my younger brother for a drive went to pay and we're both asked for ID, I didn't that he need ID as he doesn't drink and is underage, I tried to explain and the cashier didn't seem impressed, not sure if it's store policy but never had a problem before.

Love the friendly people that work there always smiling and happy. Always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you get what you want and never leave empty handed. I know I can always get what I sent when I shop there.

A poor shopping experience on every occasion I purchase there. Look forward to a positive experience one day soon!
