Paul assisted me with a red wine recommendation, and a few Christmas themed drink options. Paul's knowledge and helpfulness was exceptional. He left me alone after first checking on me, and waited an appropriate time to see if I'd worked out what I was trying to work out and offered additional assistance. I ended up with 2 Christmas themed items and a bottle of red. All were lovely and as described. If Paul isn't yet a manager, promote them. If they are, considering offering a raise either way. Thanks for the excellent experience!

Took a pensioner to BWS West Leederville yesterday (4/2/22). When arriving at cash register the pensioner realised her proof of vaccination was left at home. She became upset so I said I could buy it for her when she went outside. Staff member said he still couldn't sell to me if it was for her! Uhh, wrong! Pensioner became more upset so we started to leave. Then staff ordered "just leave the store". I rang the manager after. Not sure if he did anything about it or if he even took it seriously.
Terrible service, misinformed, lost sales.

BWS obviously doesn't pay over time and does not take care of their staff at all because I wasn't allowed to pay with cash 6 minutes before closing. Don't expect good service.

Very helpful staff! When I was asked to purchase someone port I was in over my head and the guy who served me was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thanks for the advice I got the one they wanted

BWS is my local shop, having moved into new apartments across the road 1 year ago the customer service I have experienced has been exemplary. Brian is my go to man who is always able to advise on current deals & new product lines as well as taking the time to know his customers on a first name basis creating an enjoyable buying process, a quality that I highly value.
