The staff there are the friendliest I've ever come across they'll even have a chat with you if there's no one behind and they'll let you know of something similar to what you ordered at much cheaper Price God Bless em

Normally an awesome vibe tonight on 21st of feb I did not get a great service misrable blonde girl seemed irritated that people where coming through to buy alcohol probably shouldn’t work in a bottle shop if that’s the case

Normally the staff here are really good. Today the staff members were rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and lacking in any customer service skills.

I drove into the bottle shop with my daughter in the passenger seat as I just picked her up from her part time job, I ordered a bottle of vodka and was told that my daughter needed to produce ID as the attendant had seen me talking to her as we drove in. I was completely shocked and asked the attendant why he needed to see my daughter’s ID as she is 17. His reply was he saw me talking to my daughter as I drove into the bottle shop he could not hear the conversation but was under the assumption that I was ordering alcohol for her this was definitely not the case, I’m absolutely disgusted in the attendance attitude he sat there with a smug grin saying duty of care I cannot serve you so we drove down to Dan Murphys complete not a waste of my time will not go back. The attend had dark curly hair 3: 15 Saturday 12/6/21 had no reason to refuse service to a 47 year old man.

Worst customer service. The guys serving are always on there phone and dont even bother to ask you if you need any help. This is a direct representation of the management. Really need to pick up there game. Also when they have stuff on sale its still more expensive the dan murphys.

Every time I go in the guys are always on their phone talking and don't acknowledge me even once I get to the counter they'll still be talking and on their phone!
