The staff are incredibly rude with a bad attitude, absolute terrible customer service, my partner had a non alcoholic beer in the cup holder that was empty and was then was refused service. Will not be returning here.

Had the best customers service on a fine Mother’s Day afternoon by a lovely lady whom I didn’t get the name of. Thank you for the laugh as me and my friend don’t have mothers so it can be quite a grim day until we arrived at the bottle shop. Thank you for the smile and laugh, we left with the warmest hearts thank you ️

Went to BWS Waikiki drive thru today to pick up an online order.

Perhaps instead of having just an orange entry sign on the road it should say stop & shop.

I had no idea that it was a non service area (never heard of stop & shop) I pulled in and waited for the other lane to be served, I was then told by the guy they do not serve people in this lane & he promptly turned around and went back in.at this point there were no other customers in either lane - so I had to drive out go around and come back into the next lane at which point another team member came out.

So yes whilst it was my fault own for not knowing there are "special" lanes, it would have been nice since there were no other customers in there at the time he came out to me if he had just given me my order & said make sure you go in the other lane next time. Kind customer service goes such a long way! And if the sign on the road said more than just entry I wouldn't have been in the wrong lane in the first place!

Bws waikiki shopping centre iv really had enough of. You pull in ask for a carton which one would expect to be cold you get home and its a warm carton its happened to many times hit and miss sick of it. I for one will never drive through again

Would not sell me a 6 pack of Carlton mid cans told me I had to buy a hole carton.
Great way to promote responsible drinking.
Not the only issue I have had with this store would not recommend any one going here.
Recommend going to nags head over bws all day long

Not visited without getting what I needed, and they always have great prices and good offers.

Would just like to say what fantastic customer service I received from a lady called Jo today. She not only helped me with my purchase of a gift for my dads 80th, she also wrapped the bottle for me and even tied a ribbon around it. She went above and beyond her normal duties all with a very pleasant and friendly manner.

The staff are incredibly rude and the drinks are always warm as they sit cluttering the shop floor on pallets all day. How hard could it be to get stock in the fridges and be nice to customers? I've been met with a sour faced staff member and drove away with warm drinks every time!

Only come here for korey! Love his singing and happy vibe, he really brightens my day. Keep at it korey?

BWS takes care of all of my alcohol needs all year round and it's such a big store. They have everything.

Literally one of the most helpful, friendly and genuine bottle shops in perth.all the staff are extremely pleasant and friendly to regulars.pretty much the only bottlo i go to these days

The guy named korey here is incredible! Full of positive energy it’s like you don’t want to leave the drive thru because he’s got amazing charisma! Super helpful with knowledge and prices. I’ve read other reviews below and I’m pretty sure the ones that speak about the friendly or bubbly young man, it’s korey. The other man working with korey 14th July 2020 at 8pm also great! Both had smiles and happy to be doing their jobs! Great work

Visited 8th wednsday by two lads at end of night.very helpful and very cheerful. I was very happy with the service, served immediatley although it was end of the night so not busy. Yes alcohol is more expensive. Dylan couldnt apologise enough for putting 4x6pack into another box instead of the original box.hey its no big deal its the alcohol i want not the box. Overall lads cheerful helpful and got served quickly. Well done lads

The staff here are always bubbly and polite even when under the pump; Always ready for any request and have great product and specials knowledge! We use BWS for most of our alcohol purchases for this reason.

Poor service. Gone way downhill recently. Staff are idle and if they sped up would be snail slow. Go elsewhere if you want served inside of 10 minutes

Guys are great there, service is good.thinks some customers should get out of there car, so others can be served.

Customer service disgusting, stood at the counter to pay for a bottle of wine, met by an earing clad ginger haired fellow who simply looked me up and down and kept doing what he was doing. Maybe you need to put your employees through some BASIC customer service. I won't be back, neither will my friends. Disgusted!

Usually a few dollars more than liquorland & therefore much more expensive than Dan Murphys. Young staff seem friendly enough.

Stopped in drive thru at around 2pm and had the rudest customer service from a female worker on Sunday 28th July.was very rude and raised her voice over my husband.never going back absolutely disgusting.so stopped at the leisure inn and got star service
