BWS Subiaco Square reviews
13 They don't sell red sweet and semi-sweet wines. This is strange and hard to believe, but the same thing is in all BWS stores in Perth. It gives strange vibes, like I accidentally got into a parallel world and if such wines don't exist here.
When I asked the cashier in one of the stores in city - where do they have red-sweet - he went googling what it is.
The cans of beer were a bit pricey, but I received great customer service the floor was clean and I was greeted on my entry.
Just like show "cheers", staff are super friendly and they know your name. Always super helpful and nothing is a bother.
Always great service and friendly staff and good prices in general.
I got stranded once from missing the last bus. A staff member called a Wheelchair Taxi for me and Helped and waited with me till it arrived.
I'd definitely buy those guys a Beer
There is a member of staff there who is a disgraceful human being. He seems to think he can treat customers like dirt. I witnessed him move a young pregnant lady to tears today in the store today demanding to know who her doctor is when she produced her mask exemption. A company should not employ someone of this manner. After I witnessed this exchange I put back the circa $300 worth of goods and purchased elsewhere.
Staff have always been helpful and friendly, security of pickups only question mark as my wife has been in several times to pick pre ordered things up and not even ID or a reference number requested.
Great customer service, excellent range of products. BWS has a deal for $3 where you can choose a product that's pictured on a promo board at the register.after 4 different selections, due to lack of stock of what I wanted. I settled for a gin and tonic.not my preference for what was offered. I would suggest if you have a special for $3 have those selected drinks available!
Really bad service. Lady was too busy chatting to her friend about getting into uni rather than serving a customer. Ended up leaving after waiting for 5 minutes.
Great selection, and some better deals on wine and beer when you shop at the adjacent supermarket. We got 24 Tigers and Iron Jacks for around 30% off. Other local shops probably have a better selection of wines, but you should be able to find something decent here.
This review is mainly about the excellent service from a young lady today. She served my very demanding indecisive brother and demanding mother. They had lots of questions and required her to run around the shop. They were quite busy but her, and the young man, were all smiles and on top of it. She was laughing and joining me in teasing my brother, he was laughing along. Sometimes staff say things that border on being too familiar, something you'd only say to a friend, but she kept it professional while still laughing and being light-hearted. My brother and mother went on and on about how good she was. She really went the extra mile. Thank you so much.
Decently enough sized with the standard BWS offerings for drinks. A nice location and is adjoined with a Woolworths.
Was refused services by an employee named Damien because I was not wearing shoes. The reason I was not wearing shoes is because I am recovering from a serious foot injury. Even after explaining this to your staff I was shouted at and told to leave. Will be submitting a formal complaint through DSA.
I've always noticed the staff were friendly in this store. I am fairly new to Perth and this is the closest liqour store to my place (I'm only a walk away).
The lady working there - Jane is very knowledgable in the likes of wine, and was very enthusiastic with helping out the customers. I appreciate her help and opinions.
Thanks!
You guys do need to upgrade your Woolworths Rewards scanner though!
