5 Most of the staff are very pleasant
BUT.
One of the management leaves alot to questiob wuthhis attitude and lack of customer service
Sleezy staff chatting up the teenage girls then proceeds to ID me. 6’3 with a beard and tattoos…
I recently called up this store and asked if they had a certain product in stock, asked if they could put it aside to which the lady on the phone said she can only hold items for 30 mins. I arrived at the store 90 minutes later and she still held it for me and had very friendly customer service. Would come back if in the area. Would recommend.
Terrible members of staff.
This store doesn’t even reside within the bounds of sub par mediocrity - it is simply 100% bottom of the barrel quality when it comes to customer service.
They remain trading simply out of the monopoly they experience within the local community.
If there were varied options, I’m sure that this store would collapse near immediately.
These are the friendliest and most helpful group of people I’ve ever come across in a liquor store. That might seem over the top but when they supplied all the alcohol for our wedding, it turned out to be a godsend that we chose them. I would make any excuse to go back there to give them our business and would strongly recommend that anyone else planning something in the area do the same.
