14 Always treated with courtesy and often a joke. Never kept waiting.
(But I never see the same person on duty whenever I go there - strange)
Always friendly and respectful in terms of service. Also fairly reasonable in terms of following age verification procedures.
Bad service they just take bottle at counter and pay
Not even a paper bag or helping to find a certain brand
Saturday afternoon 430pm, 30 degree day.go to get a 6 pack of beer from the fridge, it's warm.grab a different brand of beer, it's also warm.ask the staff whether the fridge is broken. "no we just restocked the fridge". On a Saturday afternoon.on a 30 degree day.can't fix stupid.
Thinkimg I had to go somewhere else, I was able to purchase my product at BWS after finishing the shopping. Very happy.

Was quite busy when I was there on Saturday. Staff member was quite helpful even though he was quite busy. Took advantage of bonus points on my Rewards card to buy something I needed at a good price and got bonus points.
Great choice of beer & wine. Always have something on special. Staff friendly & helpful
Don't usually go here now. Much better specials on at first choice and staff there are much friendlier. Unlike the ignorant irish man at bws
I thought that alcohol had to be kept separate from the supermarket. Here you walk from grocery to alcohol without even noticing.
A first class establishment, with a fantastic range of liquor for sale, at good prices. Friendly staff, and friendly fellow customers too. The security guard at the door is a nice bloke as well!
You can find most beers, spirits & wines here. Prices are fairly competitive with specials every now & then.
Usually there's only one staff on duty hence may need to be patient if you need some assistance.
They also sell big packs of ice cubes.
The usual guy behind the counter is really awesome to chat too I don't buy alcohol from here so I don't know about pricing but just good customer service
Small selection of standard wines, spirits, and beers. Poor selection of premium products such as single malt whisky, and craft beers (local or imported). If you want a VB or a Yellow Tail this is the place. If you want a Belgian Trappist beer or small batch premium spirits probably not.
