9 Worst customer service at quinns rock bws.apparently I went into wrong lane i didn't realise, until someone went into the right lane and got served.
I mentioned i had been waiting and staff member said you won't get served in that lane and carried on serving the customer. He knew i was there, and there was also someone behind me, I pulled in when 2 people were in left lane.
Worst customer service. Staff would rather watch videos on there phone and chat with co workers than serve customers
Dropped in to see what they had different. Came out with an unusual wine blend so cant wait to try it
Having purchased many alcoholic beverages from this store over the years tonight is the first time I have felt the need to add a review. The customer service I received at the drive through was appalling. I asked the staff member about one or the specials, and did they have any.inside.the staff member replied to say I needed a rewards card to get that deal. I replied to say that I had bought that deal last week without a rewards card.he said nothing and just waited.so anyway, I moved on to ask the price of a different wine. The young employee said 'um dunno, it's usually $10, $12 or $14 bucks'. I asked 'could you go and check for me please. He then said 'I can't, there are no prices on the shelves' and just stared at me and gave me no alternative option to find out the price for me. I then said 'ok, but surely you can find out please', Thinking he would just go scan a bottle to check, but no, nothing. Needless to say I then said 'ohhh kay.dont worry yourself, I'll go elsewhere for my wine and thank you very much for your wonderful Customer service tonight'! Not a happy customer - BWS please screen your staff for their customer service skills before employing them, I certainly won't be spending my hard earned money with you again.
Just drove through BWS Quinns and had a terrible customer service experience. The staff member didn’t crack a smile throughout the whole transaction, seeming almost annoyed at our questions and frankly, our presence. Would not be interested in spending my hard earned money here again, after being served by such grumpy and unhelpful staff.
Great range of stock. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are great too.

Friendly staff and always willing to give you a hand. Express lane now has portable eftpos which makes it so much quicker when you want to tap and go!
Staff are fantastic and no they don't carry everything they are just a little driver throw
Hope the Sunday 7pm close is only a winter thing and changes back to 8pm in Summer
