BWS Queens Tavern reviews
11Let down badly by bws, I work hard go to bye a drink to be alienated for trying to pay with cash.only gave one stare cos the staff were nice.
No cash is a joke.
Covid is here, get on with it!
Not sure whether as a franchise, legally U can do that.it's legal tender
Not accepting cash is ridiculous and unaustralian. Boycot unless you welcome a future where all currency is digital and controlled by the government
They don't take CASH. Repeat. THEY DONT TAKE CASH! What a load of rubbish. I was purchasing on behalf of my grandad who only carry's cash so Dan Murphy's got the sale.
First friendly staff, but only one staff, she can't really help you if more than 2 people walk into the store.
Second good location close to all, if the restaurant is BYO you can go here.third a pleasant experience
Loss of 2 over all rating and they don't take cash, I try to avoid this place because of that, part of the Woolies chain.
It's your average bottle shop, for 18+ only that sell alcohol to patrons, not worth a review or title, why you ask has got me amazed.
Always a favourite of mine and my friends
Very generous food fabulous
Cajun chicken salad a must
And
Terrible service, pricing and rude employees. Upon trying to buy a slab of beer a young blonde haired boy commented on my weight. Not appropriate or the sort of thing I like to experience as a regular. Not on. If I'm to come back I expect to see changes.
My God, just terrible service. A skinny blonde youth was extremely rude to me, leaning and talking to his colleague, with a terrible manner. He was impolite to other customers also. I wont be back to this BWS and I didn't purchase what I was going to as a result of this terrible service. The single star is for the gay pride flag outside.
Has to be the best BWS I have been to. A great array of beers, ciders, wines and spirits, but not so many that one becomes confused! Really great service too. From what I could see, their prices were somewhat better than most other BWS. I was impressed.
