Friendly staff. I walked all the way from Deep Water boat ramp and had forgotten my face mask, lovely attendant gave me a new one so I could come in and shop. She also had great product knowledge
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Prices for my Calton zero were cheaper than the others. We drove there especially for our zero's from Booragoon. Keep up the good work.

EMPIRE, I COULD HAVE FITTED IT IN A CORNER OF MY STORE IN COMO, IVE KNOWN THE SHOP SINCE 1980. EN ROUTE TO HOSPITAL LAST WEEK,
I NEEDED A GIFT FOR A FRIEND, SO WE STOPPED THERE. ONE FEMALE IN THE SHOP, WHO LOOKED AS IF SHE WASNT ENJOYING HER WORK SERVED
ME, HER ATTITUDE WOULD NOT HAVE GOT HER A JOB IN MY STORE, IT WAS JUST A JOB TO HER.
TO GET PEOPLE TO COME TO YOUR STORE AGAIN AND AGAIN GREETING, HELPING, AND TALKING TO THEM,
PLUS A PLEASENT NATURE, IS A GOOD START.

I stopped going to this bottleshop about a year ago, but heard it had been cleaned up and was under new management. On a couple of recent visits have found exactly that. The new manager is very friendly and helpful. Great that I can now go nack to my 'local' instead of Brentwood.
