19Bad service, asked for 24 bottle Carlton dry and said don’t have any left. Then I go find some in their cool room and overcharged me to $72 when 24 pack is usually $50-$60
I feel weird giving a review of a place I was literally inside for about 45 seconds but WOW what a shopping experience, I walked in and I grabbed a carton of beer and it was cold and then I paid for the beer and yeah what else do you want to know? There's nothing else to say to just get off my back about it okay?
Why do you not sell ice? Every other BWS sell ice? It’s so inconvenient to have to go somewhere else for ice. Not even Woolworths sell ice. So the closest place is the servo over the road. So I’ll be going to BWS Westminster instead.
I was looking for a very specific drink and the staff were super helpful in tracking it down. There is a good range available and the service males it a cut above the average bottle shop.
CEO came I asked to block my address to delivery into my house. Because no tools for check how's the customer intoxicated or not? Keep sending poison into my house. Keep open new store without opening new place for rehabilitation the queue is long. Have customer service but sounds like I speak with robot no brain at all.
Not a very big selection, and nothing special about the prices. Dan Murphy's in Balga is a much better option, and worth the drive

Website is pretty average I searched a few items all listed as not found. Often when go shops I usually go in the store and look around. Checked Liquorland website my search results find the drinks. I like BWS prices are competitive and people are helpful.
Changing whole store fixtures during opening hours!? More than half of the stock in shopping trolleys, could barely get to the rest - sales obviously not a priority.

Such a friendly attendant Marc, he knows so much about the products he sells and always has a smile on his face. This has become my favourite place to buy wine!

George Wyndham's Bin 555 shiraz is a top drop, and the European ciders were also at a great price plus the friendly, helpful staff here made my visit very pleasant.
This bottle shop isn't good. The alcohol here is:
1) overpriced
2) you're highly likely to have people begging you to open whatever alcohol you purchase prior to when you return home so that you're able to share it with others who haven't paid for it
As with most BWS stores the staff are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Plus the stores Amway's gave s vast range beer, wine, spirit's etc. As you can see I gave them 5/5.
Purchased a bottle of wine.
The very next day I went into the same BWS and politely asked for an exchange the bottle of wine only cost me $15. So I wasn't holding my receipt close to my chest, less than 24 hours later. To my surprise! The same lady working on the till did not give me an exchange (or even a refund?) For the unopened still chilled bottle of White. Instead she was very rude! To my surprise she even implied that it may not have been purchased! Although her exact words were " if you don't have a receipt how do I know that it has been purchased from my store".

HAPPY Jan. WITH * ONLINE DELIVERY * it would not let me pick a DELIVERY time at 6.25pm on Thursday only DELIVERY was first thing in the morning at 9am. NO. NO. NO I wanted it NOW. So, had to pickup my order For the 1st. Time! BEING WHEELCHAIR BOUND.
