Went there yesterday to get a carton of Swan drought.
66.00 bucks.
Said to the Girl its 56.00 at Dan Murphy s.
She said we are not Dan Murphy and we don't price match.
Would have happily paid 60.00
No can do see yoz later. Don't think so.
The guy just lent my car window with not even so much as a hello, placed my order and then was told "all good" as my payment went through.then got home to a hot carton of drinks. Completely arrogant attitude.no customer service whatsoever.
Spoke to Sam. Incredibly helpful and understanding with the issues I was having with an order. Very kind and attentive, Dear mangers, Sam needs a promotion! !
Smaller than others but still provides you with the happy juice you need after a long week.
So rude! I was served by a young man and he served us with barely any friendliness. Then proceeded to chuck a heavy bag of ice into the front seat into my lap. He did not apologise, and had no manners, such an aggressive tone. Will not be back again with that service!
The girl assistant was so helpful and offered lots of variety in wine types. She answered all of our questions and recommended a great selection of wines that we bought. The team were very busy but both took the time to check if we needed help.
As always this is the go to place for all your alcohol purchases!
Usual BWS variety and selection of drinks.
But what makes this store different to the others is the awesome friendly, chatty and humorous staff.
If your in the area, I strongly recommend this store for your drinks.

The guys and girl (have only met one!) there are all friendly and the prices are great. With honesty I only buy the same certain beverages and I will wait until they go on special to do so (outside of being on special the prices are not comparable to others). I think everyone does that with everything anyway so that's hardly a concern.
Just relating to a review that states someone was annoyed because BWS staff asked a 15 year old for ID.did it cross your mind that you are teaching your underage child to buy alcohol and that you were 'blocked' by retailers that were just following 'the law' that could put them out of work or in jail? It must be pretty chilly in hell. The government is setting better guidelines for a child's upbringing than parents do.
