7Person named “narelle” (something close to it, didn’t get a good look at their name badge) said i was “extremely rude” when i walked in because i didn’t say anything to her.there was a tight space and she was walking one way and i was trying to walk the other with another person i was with, and she called me “extremely rude” because i didn’t say anything.it was also my first time being in that shop.
I'm 27 years old. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine but the staff was very rude. I showed my international driver license but they said that this was not acceptable! Also I showed a proof of vacctination there was my date of birth and they said that this document also was not acceptable! I'm very furious about the staff!
Hi it’s about Manger Leah mills. She so rude. She even didn’t know how to talk with people. Manner less lady. She always on phone even during customer service. I don’t think so she went school. She don’t have sense. I want to give suggestion to BWS please hire educate staff who have manners.
Went in on Sunday afternoon (about 1ish) there were some good specials and the shop assistant was super nice and friendly
Good staff, helpful in finding things. Plenty of specials. Well lit. Clean. Have brought a few things from here.
All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and know who you are if you are a regular. I am greeted ('hello'), being asked 'how am I going' or on a Monday 'how was your weekend' etc.
As a regular, when they are greeting me, they are already walking to the area where my regular product is. They don't actually ask what I want, but just 'how many today'.
Even if they are having a bad day, they remain positive. The epitome of excellent customer service. These comments apply to all staff.
If I get off the train at the Midland train station and my bus is more than 30 minutes away, I would prefer to walk to Midland Gate BWS for my purchase, rather than deal with the miserable 'never smiling' dude at Centrepoint.
I think one of the 'Midland Gate' staff should take over the Centrepoint dude's position (I think he is the manager as he is serving 90% of the time.
This bottle shop has great staff, each time you may go in there to buy something you’re always met by a happy staff member which isn’t bad considering this isn’t a standard service of a lot of places.
They have a great range of drinks Which includes wine, champagne, spirits, beers from all around the world and post made drink selection
