BWS Midland Centrepoint reviews
6I went there today, horrible staff wouldn’t take my id and kicked me out of the store, I’m 18 told them I have more proof of I’d if they needed it, nope they just screamed at me, yelled at me to get out. Then kicked my 47 year old mother out because she wanted to buy wine because I was with her? I had multiple proof of id but they didn’t want to use any, ridiculous
Troy is a character and his team are always so nice to me whenever I come into the store
Very friendly and helpful lady helped me get what I was after. Always seems to have a good stock of different stuff and well laid out.
Great location (get off a train / bus) at Midland station, and be able to grab a drink.
However the main employee who is there 90% of the time (~180cm, shortish blonde hair), never says 'hello', 'how are you today maam', 'goodbye/have a good day' etc when I come in, and basically has very poor customer service skills. Never smiles.
I am sure BWS could employee someone who has a much happier, friendly, demeanor, more welcoming to customers). I am especially annoyed given I am a regular and always say 'hello', 'goodbye', 'have a good day. ' Maybe he needs to go on a course or something, but then again, it's just common sense. It is only because of him, I am giving 2/5.
This is in contrast to the BWS at Midland Gate who are the complete opposite. They don't even ask what I want, when I walk in, I am greeted every time, get asked how life is going, and then proceed to the area where my drink is and just ask 'how many today''. Love it!
Its a great location, always has good specials instore. Helpful friendly staff
