It’s disgusting what is happening in this country at the moment. I walked into the BWS to buy some beer. I walked around the shop no worries and could spend as much time as I wanted, picking up all the stock looking for what I wanted and then when I went to the counter to pay I was asked to show my vaccine proof. The whole point of this mandate is to keep the unvaccinated out of the store. If your going to implement a mandate like this do it properly and check for the proof at the door, otherwise it’s got nothing to do with health and protecting people and everything to do with punishing the unvaccinated for not complying. The bosses at BWS should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful and illegitimate treatment by staff. The man behind the counter (Nathan) made me feel uncomfortable as soon as I stepped in the store. I went to buy a 6 pack of beers and he asked for ID. As someone turning 25 in a couple of months I was surprised but showed Nathan my driving licence anyway. He said it was not acceptable as it was English and not Australian. (A quick Google search show this was not a legitimate law) but shows more about Nathan's agenda. As I did not bring my passport with me shopping. I was forced to leave the store empty handed. Nathan was acting discriminately and is not fit to serve at the store.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a BWS. The girl who served me was yelling at customers to come to the checkout. Then she overcharged me for an item. When I took it back and pointed out the error she did not apologise for the mistake or even make eye contact. Very disappointed as I was a loyal customer.
