Don't EVER go here! They deliberately will charge you twice and do the second transaction as a cash out and keep the cash. They are thieves. First time I caught the worker in the act but unfortunately the second time just last Sunday I forgot to get a receipt, I checked my bank statement when I got home and had been charged $40 for two $10 bottles of wine. This was two different workers both times!
Terrible service, tried to purchase some sparkling wine for an Australia day bbq, and was treated like garbage in the process, was told the transaction didnt go through and had to leave without the wine, but was still charged. Totally incompetent staff, dealt with the manager of the establishment, and everything was just too hard for her to help me. Won't go here in the future as there are many bws in the area, lost 55 dollars in the process
Great variety, price and service. Gotta love the local bottleshop. Happy hour every day between 11am -12 pm so nice cheap pints! Food is absolutely beautiful
Very disappointed I usually shop at the BWS Waikiki couldn't be more helpful there, got home after leaving the BWS leasure inn my four pack of cans ended up on the driveway due to a faulty packaging a heads up would of been nice, rang them couldn't of give to hoots
Was in the Bali bar for a work Doo great music food good but they served food with no tongs and no light we had to use our phones for light to see what the food was and everybody had to use their fingers for the grabbing hot chips fish party pies sausage rolls chicken where was the infection control we had to ask for tongs and ask for a light which they did not provide also there was signs of no smoking everywere and they were letting people smoke near the end off the bar next to the food I I thought it was illegal to smoke on premises where food being served and a licensed bar
Usually good. Been quite a few times they are shut before their advertised closing times. Many people in the community make this same complaint. Some get very upset because they paid for a taxi to get there only to find it is shut before advertised operating hours. Recommend Calling them first before travelling there.
