BWS Karratha reviews
13Refused the service since a randomly met friend walked into the shop without his ID. No proper explanation. Grabbed the bottle, kept behind the counter and asked him to bring his ID. When my friend said he’ll leave the shop still they said since he entered the shop with me as long as he doesn’t bring his ID they are not going serve me for my own DL & bank card. Worst service ever. Send your staff to see how other bottle shops in the town operates. Can learn a few customer service skills.
I don’t particularly remember visiting this BWS or whether is was a standout. I’m sure, like others, it was a refreshing stop during our journey. The store often offered a diverse beverage selection, though prices occasionally felt a bit steep.
Was good.
Had what I wanted apart from a cask of red wine.
North WA policy I think.
The worst service ever by the
Young up start that served me. Went in for 1 carton of xxx gold, was with my daughter and 2 year old grandson. Being the good
Daughter, she went to the cool Room so she
Could carry it For Me I Was told we both had to produce a license (in not such a Nice way.) told not so Politely its The Law. Went to two other liquor outlets in Karratha and Asked The question. They both laughed. Needless to say took our business elsewhere.
Lovely staff but they forgot to give back my DL. Got 200 km away before we realised I didn’t have it.
Well stocked, double entry/exit from either inside the centre (next to woolies) or directly out to the carpark behind, handle double door into the fridge/cold room so you can easily push a trolley in
First time reviewer here. Particularly poor people skills from the person who checked us out tonight. If you don’t like people… don’t get a job where you have to deal with people your whole shift.
Worst BWS. Really rude old man working there today. Sort your attitude out. Get some customer service skills
Terrible service rude staff was refused service because my son had no shoes on and told to come back tomorrow! Unbelievable
They are the laziest, most useless staff that will close a till counter on you and tell you to go the other one, they must think there's no other bottleshops in town.
Good selection of beers for a remote location, also a decent selection of wines too.
Better than expected and the prices are the same as Perth.
Closed due to Aborigines fighting in Roeburn so whole town is punished all bottle shops closed
instead of saying sorry we're not serving Aboriginals
Everytime I come into the shop, one of your sales Assistant Jeanne has always helped us find the best wines, even when she herself haven't tried it going on the one she sells the most. Never had a bad one recommended to us! Always willing to help me find what I need at the best possible prices! She has a great personality and we (my husband and myself) can definitely see why she is on the floor working with your customers! Great work!
