OK BWS same same, but the shopping centre carpark is a nightmare. I'd not go back for that reason. Why on earth they built an apartment block in the carpark is beyond me, but it's stuffed up getting in and out.
Generally helpful staff, except for one lady who seems to be really withdrawn and generally not interested when I go in. She very much gives the impression she doesn't like her job, and minimises any interactions with customers. Aside from that good selection of beer wine and spirits, and good specials although some items can be on the pricey side.
Good range of stuff, but prices aren't great unless you're buying something on special. Often hard to get down the middle isle as there seems to always be a pallet in the way (or at least everytime I go in). There is one employee here who is not at all suitable for customer service which is abnormal for this Woolies/BWS. She is very quiet, hard to hear and just doesn't seem to give a s#*t about the job or customers. I've asked her questions about something being in stock on two occasions, and received apathetic answers both times Other staff I've talked to here are great - just not this one lady.

Good range of beer, wine and spirits. Prices aren't the best around, but the staff are friendly and the place is normally clean.
Very conveniently located next to Woolies.
Friendly and helpful staff. Would much rather travel further from my house to this liquor store than go to the one at Aubin Grove shops. Also provides another entrance to the Woolworths so you don't have to walk all the way down to the main entrance.
