It's a bottle shop they're all good, but service was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Firstly, the staff are great. My gripe is with the opening hours. The opening hours for each BWS should be the same. This is because when you see the brand you expect to the same opening times. I hope you take this into consideration and reconsider your hours of operation.
Hand sanitizer machine has been out of order for over 2 months. Manager when questioned today 19/10/2020 had didn't care attitude.

Over the last 6, weeks I've gone to BWS, I cannot find fault with the service, and the patience of the service I received from.the assistants especially since seeing it was Christmas time. This time of year any assistance has their patients tested but these colleagues where extremely wonderful in their service to me and many more. 10 out 10 from me.

Click & Collect had incorrectly been recorded as having already been collected, but was sitting out the back with name on. Staff did not know what to do, I was eventually allowed to have my order.
Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked, and Woolworths Reward card gave a generous bonus of 700 points.
