Ah man. This was probably the worst place to go during the mask mandates. The aggression towards customers was unnecessary. I still go here because of the convenience, but it deserves the 1 star. Prices are high too.

Apparently the online covid digital certificate, which needs you to upload documents to prove your identity, isn't enough for these guys and they need your bank card with your name on it! Wasn't paying with my card so left it home. Haven't had a problem anywhere else except here. Had to drive all the way home to grab my bank card, don't understand why they wouldn't just accept my drivers license, and then when served by another guy was told it wasn't necessary! Make sure all your staff are on the same page at least about these sorts of things instead of making your customers grab more documents then they need.

Good store. Closeby
There was a female in the counter who is very annoying. Very rude behaviour with customers. Have no clarity on how and what to check for vaccination. She checks for few and leaves the others. Needs to get her brains to the right place.

Seriously annoyed, I live out of Perth and don't need a mask where I come from to shop (south west) travel up to visit a friend today and stop at the shop for a bottle of wine. I straight away said that I was sorry but I didn't hold a mask with me. And got told off and told that he wouldn't serve me without one. I do acknowledge the fact of a mask which is mandatory but not compulsory and been super upset for the descrimination. Anyway thanks for nothing!

Why does any company attached to Woolworths seem to revel in catering to the lowest common denominator?

For the last 3 years I have scan did the beer section for anything drinkable. And for 3 years I was disappointed and always had to choose second best.

The reason that does not get a one star from this beer lover is because they have recently introduced the excellent Weihenstephaner range. Before that, it was a desert. After that, there is still such limited choice for quality imported beers.

It is the little things that make all the difference. I left feeling a little bit special, a rarity these days. Top shelf.

Honestly the attitude of the staff is horrible. They smirk and make remarks that are extremely petty. Wouldn't recommend this place after the experience we just had, from someone who works in the customer service industry, I wouldn't ever act that way to customers nor would I noticeable mock them when they were still in the store.

Just okay. Shop is alright. Staff vary from okay to annoying depending who is on. The hours of opening are limited more than you would expect for a bottle shop. They have heaps of areas to improve the business in.

Staff here are very friendly and knowledgable. The shop is laid out well and stock promoting on point. They always play some good music if you happen to go there in the evening.

BWS is owned by Woolworths.

This bottle shop is overpriced as all BWS is located in Fremantle South of Perth in Western Australia as BWS and Liquorland more expensive than any other bottle shop you can find

If you enjoy to pay more for your piss BWS is the place to come

BWS is next to IGA supermarket

Great range of everything here, from boutique beers to wines. Staff are always friendly and offer to bring slabs/cartons out to your car

The prices are ok, there's cheaper elsewhere, the staff friendly, but they don't stock the wines and scotches I enjoy, so I have to settle for what they do have, or travel further if there's a particular drink I want to purchase.

Since this place changed hands from Thirsty Camel, run by local staff, to BWS (no idea why they didn't keep the same staff who were WONDERFUL), it's been useless - over priced, unhelpful staff. I won't shop here again, despite it being my local.
The guys that work here don't offer help, even to carry a carton to the car, and spend their time whingeing (to each other) about how many shifts they have to work that week, rather than interacting with their customers. I'm done giving them my business.
