Butler Family Practice – Doctors Butler Central Shopping Centre

Dr Binoy had been our family doctor since we have move to Perth from Melbourne two years ago. I couldn't thank my in-laws enough for recommending this Practice to us, because we found him. It had been a very challenging few years with our family heath. He is very professional and extremely kind, we are very thankful to have him as our family's doctor.

Dr Binoy Pillai, over the last 18months has guided me through a mental health battle that came out of nowhere. I have a great appreciation for this man and his professionalism, that will never be forgotten. I really hope he stays local.

Highly recommend Dr Christine Reid! She's a wonderful doctor and explains everything, appreciate her high level care!

Saw a DR nimbiad to consult him about my concerns in autism. He had shut me down and said I don’t and that’s it’s my anxiety. I had a list of my tics, stimming’s and obsessive impulses. HE REGECTED the idea and made me feel unvalitated as I know what I expierce in a daily basis. NOT HIM.
He wouldn’t even consider the list of have i things I expirrce.

Seem slazy at actually having to go through the effort to listen to what I have to say l.

Pumps me full of medication s that stuf me up and have no benefits

I have had a great experience here, especially with Dr. Pillai. He is very thorough, attentive and explains things well. Definitely recommend!

Ever since our first consult with Dr Nambier, he has made us feel at ease. He explains his diagnoses and treatment plan thoroughly. He doesn’t rush us through during the appointment and is great with young kids.

I have called the practice a couple of times when I’ve been unsure or my children have been really unwell and he has either slot us in even when no appointments are available or he will call in between patients just for a quick consult.

He goes above and beyond for his patients and the fact that it’s a GP owned practice means he truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing and puts your worries at ease. The reception staff there are just as amazing, very professional, courteous and warm. We have also seen the nurses there twice and they too, have been lovely to deal with. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Have been going to Butler Family Practice since moving to the area in September 2019. Have seen both Dr Nambier and Dr Pillai and can say they are both absolutely fantastic, so attentive and genuinely caring. Since falling pregnant I have seen Dr Pillai regularly and he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at every appointment, especially as of late with our daughter being extremely thorough and always has time for me if I need anything.
Highly recommend this practice.

I found Dr very kind and understanding and explained things well to me. I felt comfortable in this practices environment.

Love the GPS and everything but the front desk need to take the U called us out of hours off when they r open at 7: 30 trying to call them now is impossible

By far the best practice I've been to in terms of quality and service. Receptionist Nerine Le Roux is always there to welcome you with a warm friendly smile. Dr Binoy Pillar is an amazing doctor, he's very thorough and clear with his assessment and treatment plan. He's also very caring and made sure I was comfortable while I was receiving my treatment. Nurse kiranjeet was very friendly and professional and made sure I was ok throughout the 30 mins I was there. Best team! Great experience!

Always easy to get an appointment, reception staff friendly. Dr, Nambiar is very professional and makes his patients feel really cared for.

Such a warm welcoming clinic, Reception ladies are AMAZING and super helpful with any enquiry. Doctor Nambiar is so caring and he does an amazing job. He is happy to call you if you need an answer or help with anything. Fantastic with kids to. Highly recommend.

Went to see Dr Nambiar for a second opinion and wow he was amazing I did not have to go to hosp as suggested by a previous dr. He was so thorough and checked out all my symptoms and gave me the correct medication and I am feeling alot better and what made it even more special he actually phoned me today see how I was doing. I would totally recommend this practise and did not waiting very long to see him. They are genuinely caring. Thank you

I have never had to wait for an appointment, reception is wonderful and so helpful. The doctors are great at catering for your needs. Absolutely would recommend.

This practise is the best by far! The receptionists Hayley and Lilly are so friendly and greet you with a warm smile each time. I have seen both Dr Pillai and Dr Nambiar and I can definitely say they are both warm but professional in their approach and very thorough. They actually LISTEN! I have had back and hip pain for over 8 years and it worsened over the past year, nobody correctly diagnosed me. I was seeing a chiropractor and physiotherapist for months and my condition only got worse. I spoke with Dr Nambiar and immediately he sent me in for some tests and also referred me to see the physiologist Matt whom is also in the practise which is convenient (Matt is great at what he does also), I now know what I have and am on the mend finally. Dr Nambiar will at times do a follow up call to see how you're feeling after the last visit, so caring! My sisters have now made the shift to this practise as well and have praised them also. Thank you Dr Nambiar, you are amazing!

I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants a doctor that actually listens and cares! I have been seeing Dr Pillai for over 6 months and find that he takes the time to listen and respond. I leave the Practice with piece of mind that my health is in good hands. The Ladies in reception are absolutely wonderful too! Always polite with a smile and happy to help:)
