For me not liking dentist was a pleasant visit. Well informed by Brendan and would highly recommend.

I'm so impressed with the prompt service I received at Butler Dental. I came in on Tuesday morning for a checkup and to discuss my options for an extraction and a new plate to be made. This morning, (Thursday 5/10/23, I had the imprints and mould done and this afternoon had the extraction and new plate fitted! Thank you to Dr Emrik for being very thorough, explaining the procedure so patiently. He expertly injected anaesthesia at the front of my mouth, (an area which normally hurts excessively) and I hardly felt any pain. A big thank you also to the dental assistant today, for her calming presence when my body experienced an adrenaline rush! Also a friendly receptionist to top it all. I'll be back. Thank you! CH

The dentists and staff here are amazing. Great with kids and people who are not a fan of going to the dentist! They make you comfortable and are very professional while being super friendly.

I have just had a tooth extraction done, was very nervous from previous experiences at other dental practices in the past. I must say, Dr Parul was amazing, so was her assistant nurse. They reassured me of what was happening from beginning to end, and were gentle and very considerate to how I was feeling during the procedure.

I attended Butler Dental this morning in quite a lot of pain and I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist so I never attend unless I’m suffering. Butler Dental were Amazing, Friendly, Gentle and very understanding. I saw Brendan Lim and he was so understanding, he did the examination, X-rays and explained absolutely everything. I need to go back for a root canal and let’s be honest I’m definitely scared however knowing I will be looked after and made comfortable with sedation has slightly put my mind at ease and just can’t wait to be pain free again. Extremely good at what do! Showed empathy and understanding of my situation and the Dentist and her assistant were very gentle during the procedure. I definately recommend Butler Dental.

Dr Emrik is such a terrific dentist that both the wife and I travel from South of the river to see him
The nurses and staff on reception are very knowledgeable and friendly too.

Worst experience with a dentist, went in while in severe pain and was treated horribly, do not recommend this dentist.

In response to your reply, while you never got to conduct the treatment I did come in for an appointment and was treated horribly so, no, I will not be removing my review as it's important people are aware they may be mistreated.

Being extremely nervous of attending the dentist (hadn't been in over 20 years), Butler Dental and in particular Dr Ellie was recommended to me. I cannot recommend her high enough, she was very supportive and discussed all options, although I was extremely nervous I felt that I was in safe hands and trusted Dr Ellie and the rest of the team to undertake the required procedures.
