I ordered the Edge hand mincer and it is a brilliant device - solid, well made and easy to use. I am extremely happy with it. The order tracking process isn't as automated as some sites, but communication was fine. Would definitely recommend.

Shipping was a bit of a stuff around, however customer service over the phone was exceptional and the item was 30% cheaper than anywhere else. Would definitely use these guys again.

I was overcharged for shipping, their website doesn't tell you how much it is until after you order. I contacted them immediately after I got the receipt asking to cancel the order. They didn't reply to me, I had to send another email and call them, and they told me to send the product back and they would refund the amount. When the package arrived a month later, I returned it. No contact from them for over a month. Make sure you check your invoice and you haven't been ripped off. Better yet, deal with a company that replies to emails and has a working ecommerce setup.
