Busy Bees at Mirrabooka

Great child care I highly recommend. Very helpful admin staff very understanding and compassionate. (Betty) the educator who looks after babies is amazing. I can genuinely tell that my daughter is excited to see her in the mornings. I have Peace of mind that my child is in a safe environment & having a great start to her education journey.

The educators and management are beyond amazing. My daughter has learnt alot since coming to the center. I can honestly say I feel she is in a safe and loving environment when I drop her of. A huge thank you to everyone at the center you guys are amazing.

Lovely staff, very friendly and approachable. Everyday I feel reassured that I'm taking my child to a safe and supportive place. Special shout out to Nivine, Monika and Brittany

Exceptional care from a team of loving and caring staff. Educators are well experienced with a passion to teach children during their early learning phase. One improvement could be for the staff closing up to have knowledge about the children’s day at end of day pick up times. Not everything is posted on staoryPark unfortunately.

My child has attended the centre for over 18 months and I have seen him grow into a confident and independent young man. The staff are kind and took the time to get to know me and my family and did not judge my circumstances (single Dad) You will not find a nicer caring bunch to help raise your child.

Both my girls attend Busy Bees Mirrabooka. The educators are wonderful, kind and caring. My youngest is in the babies room and it really is a home away from home. She loves coming and exploring all the fun experiences they share with the children. My oldest is in the toddlers room and she comes home daily sharing with us what she has explored and loves playing outside in the nature garden. Both my girls LOVE the Italian classes they run with Signora Rita weekly. Thankyou everyone for always taking care of my girls and putting a smile on their faces.

(Now going on 4yo) During her most recent days she was neglected and came home with a bruise on the head, a lump the size of a golf ball - all from a fall because she was neglected to be helped off a high chair that she shouldn't have been on in the first place. Not to mention the scratches and bruises unexplained by centre management. Be careful they tend to just take more $ in fees than is actually owed. There are a few great educators there that my daughter will miss but overall I have not had a "WOW" experience from this childcare centre at all.

My daughter has been joined this centre when she was 5 months old. The staff members of the centre are very kind and caring. My daughter feels very happy when she goes there. She loves to play with her educator and likes outdoor and intoor environment.

The centre is always a delight to visit. The staff are always friendly and engaging with the children.

I have witnessed junkie looking guy jumping over the fence into the kids play outdoor area. Very dangerous, location is bad and security of the entrance is not adequate. My son attended the Center for few month, the pick up time was always nightmare trying to find his bottle, dummy, it’s either lost, missing or somewhere on the floor.now my son attends different Center, his vocabulary is improving, they working to min dummy use to only bed time. And the pick up time is easy his dummy is in his bag, his botttle is easy to find nothing gets lost or missing.

Highly recommend Busy Bees Mirrabooka to any parent searching for quality day care. I have never felt more confident or reassured leaving my children in the safe hands of the professionals employed at the centre.

Really good daycare centre.
They have a large outside play area with plenty of 'risky' climbing features for the little ones to explore.
Their meals are nutritious and wonderful.
They have lots of cultural experiences for the kids.
The rooms are very large, but they need to be because they accommodate a lot of kids. Sometimes it looks very busy.

Orientation/initial meet was over all negative experience. When greeted for my scheduled induction we were advised the centre was in lock down as there was a police helicopter in the area (its mirrabooka/balga, police helicopter is a daily event) so we shouldnt even be allowed in the centre and the stff should have left us outside. Most expensive rates in the area, the nursery had one child and the educator working couldnt ecen crack a smile, she looked miserble. We chose Goodstart Nollamara and love our choice.

What a beautiful and happy place. My daughter always wants to stay longer when I go to collect her!

I was very hesitant to put this review up as I originally had a nice review regarding Maragon as it ONCE was a decent child care. (And the fact they do competitions to get 5 star reviews)

As the time went on staff turn over was large and the standard dropped. My son was subject to awful treatment. It got to a point were I was complaining weekly.
The last straw was when I walked in at nap time and witnessed one of the staff screaming and my 3 year old to stay still and not move from the floor until naptime was over (because he doesn't often have a day sleep.) When I brought it to managements attention I was advised it was due to cultural differences. Ha.

Another of the many problems we went through with this hell hole was my 3 year old and another 3 year old being left alone with scissors sharp enough to penetrate through his little fingers and cut his shirt and the other little boys shirt. No one notified me, no insident report, nothing.

These are two of the many problems. Managment will always excuse the staffs behavior and never take any sort of accountability.

I wouldn't recommend this Child 'care' center to anyone who wants their children in good hands.
