Busselton Villas & Caravan Park

Good value for money, slept 6 for around 300ish, beach access is short walk and nice staff

The park is beautiful and very well kept, you can see the maintenance staff working hard every day. The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming, gave us all the information we needed on arrival. The accommodation was very clean and fresh and very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. There is a fully equipped games room and 2 outdoor playgrounds for kids and a clean fresh outdoor pool area and BBQs. The glamping kitchen was lovely and had aircon and a TV and the glamping, WOW! Didn't expect to have such luxury and to be given a bottle of prosecco and cheese platter on the house was a nice touch, thank you! Highly recommend.

Stayed 2 nights at a villa with friends visiting from overseas. Room was clean and spacious. Can do with a bit more kitchen-y stuff though like more pots and pans. So if you plan on cooking lots maybe bring your own pots and pans

It's a very short distance to get to the beach. And across the road is an IGA supermarket. OR if you prefer to buy takeaways, 2mins down the road there's plenty of options like Red Rooster, Maccas, etc.

Such a nice place for families with kids. Clean rooms and environment. Our favourite was the beach access from the back gate. We all loved the bike ride to the beach and felt like you were on a private beach as it was not busy at all.

First time I'd ever been glamping Loved it, it was beautiful a very pretty place. Lovely green lawns.

The best part was my dog was allowed to stay they also had a bed for him, treats, a towel, and a blanket. He loved the treats but wouldn't use the blanket or towel, and had to have his bed down but still, the thought was lovely, I thought. Would do it again in a heartbeat. The tents are like a whole other world once you step inside it's so peaceful, relaxing, romantic, and very comfortable. I could live in one.

We stayed in a glamp, it was absolutely beautiful. The place was lovely and clean, ammanities very clean, park very clean. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. My partner is hard to please but he loved it. Thankyou very much.

We booked Busselton Glamping Village to celebrate my 30th Birthday. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The tents are absolutely gorgeous, well setup and finished with the finer details. We loved the fairy lights and the festoon lights outside too. Thankyou for creating such a beautiful place to kick back and celebrate. We will definitely be back again!

My family and I recently visited here for a mini 3 day winter getaway. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel welcome and safe. The “Glamping Tent” itself was incredible and the attention to detail was high end. I recommend this 100% for all small families and we will be returning again for sure!

My family and I stayed here while we were in Busselton. Overall it is a great place. There was a master bedroom with a double bed. Or it could have been Queen Size. Not sure. There was also a room with 2 double decker beds which I put my kid in. What was really good about the set up was both rooms had doors.

The only negative point was the heater. It was not hot enough for a cold night. Would have been good if 2 spare heaters were also supplied in one of the cupboards

Place was super clean and had everything you needed. Games room was amazing, my son has now requested a table tennis table for his birthday! Would definately stay here again.

The general upkeep of the park has been on the decline the last few years. The grass around the park is reducing and there were leaves everywhere. Toilets were very unhygienic which made it difficult with young children.

Had a fantastic stay in the glamping tents. The tents are beautifully set out, with everything you could ask for. I was especially appreciative of the prossecco & cheeseboard in the tent. Loved all the lights outside the tents as well. Toilets & showers were clean & the dog beach is a 2 minute walk away. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for leavers & the site was really good, staff were lovely and helpful. They even provided a bus to the zone pick up point each night. Overall great place to stay and would 100% to other leavers

Shout out to all the 2021 leavers. Thanks for a great year. You guys were awesome. Thanks for your excellent behaviour and for keeping the place clean and tidy. I'll be back next year to help out and see a bunch of new faces. Thanks for making my time there helping a pleasure. The staff here really are an awesome bunch and the place is fantastic. Can't wait to help out again next year.

Everyone here from reception to maintenance are really friendly and helpful! Could do with a upgrade/Reno but we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

This place really was a home away from home, the staff are super friendly, the apartment was clean and tidy. Shops just across the road and a games room for the kids. Highly recommended staying here when visiting Busselton!

You get what you pay for. Don't expect a four star hotel, but as a caravan and camping park it is good. We were in a single villa, had everything we where looking for in a place to lay our heads between traveling the region. We did have a few very minor hiccups, these where quickly addressed by staff. While I don't have kids, it looks very kid friendly and secure.

Very tight getting van in cars parked to close to the road ways they need to be told to move back the 1meter rule but nobody takes any notice so wouldn't come back here although it's a lovely spot
