Busselton Jetty Chalets

Very enjoyable stay. Check in and parking straightforward. The chalets all clean and beds very comfy. Location is perfect, 1min walk to beach, 5min walk to jetty, 7min walk to town. Really enjoyed staying here, would recommend to anyone

Even though we were arriving 5 minutes or more late after 5pm, we called the staff. The couple in the office, they were so friendly, they awaited for us till we fully checked in. Thanks heaps Jessi & Michael we have been very well accommodated, you guys worth gold. Thanks again, Musti & Rosemary.

Great location and friendly staff that made my two weeks very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, either on holiday or a work away from home situation.

Very clean, spacious and great location. After hours check in was easy from the lock box at reception.

You can walk to the famous jetty in a couple of minutes. Excellent pub with good food just down the road.
The chalet i had was excellent. Super shower and the most comfortable bed i've found in any hotel/motel in Oz.
Busselton is a perfect place to use as a base-camp to explore the surfing areas, forests, and world famous Margaret river. And Busselton Jetty Chalets is the perfect place to stay.i will be back for sure.

This place is so cute, great location and the rooms are freshly renovated and super clean. Our family members had a very small unit which cost the same as ours but shouldn't have. Try and get unit 11 as it's the only freestanding one.
The backyard area of the units is such a great benefit, BBQ and pergola to sit under, kids playground and basketball ring. Loved our afternoons out there.

Terrific location, very nicely decorated and comfortable chalets.

Nice location, rooms were clean and the staff were lovely.
The water pressure in the shower was amazing!
The only downside. We could hear the guest in the next chalet from our chalet.

Very clean and well appointed. It’s close to everything including the famous Busselton Jetty which is two kilometres long and juts out into the Indian Ocean.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful.newly renovated rooms, great location with the jetty and shops walking distance away. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

I think this place has had a recent facelift. It was extremely clean & tidy. Comfortable beds & fantastic location!

My husband and I and our 3 kids only stayed here for 1 night, and we will definitely be staying again. Vicki is lovely, beautiful service and the chalet we stayed in was cosy and welcoming. Perfect to stay for a weekend or even longer.

Lovely little chalet, block away from the beach, the most amazing jetty, 1.8 ks long with an underwater aquarium at the end of it

Over priced for what you get. The fan didn't work. None of the remotes had backs in them. They were taped together. Kitchen amenities we basic. The shower screen didn't even close! They are attempted to update it and make it more modern but just looks tacky. Won't stay there again.

Didn't enjoy our stay shower head leaked we couldn't even stand under the shower as the whole thing kept falling down. Test tags all out of date was worried to use anything. Early stages of mould throughout will not be recommended anyone or anyone with younge kids to stay. Plus lady was rude at check-in

This is a great little place, motel style accomodation, nice and private and in a great location close to the centre of Busselton.

Another recent reviewer (who was not a guest) has bagged out management for suggesting that he shouldn't have just wandered in and walked around the grounds - I agree with management on this one - I have an 8 year old daughter who was staying with us and playing at the playground on site - and I am very grateful that the manager (who was great to deal with and I'm sure would have happily given them a guided tour if they'd simply walked to the site office out the front and asked) requested that they don't wander around unaccompanied.

The rooms were neat, will maintained and well presented, service was awesome and we certainly had nothing at all to complain about during our 3 night stay.

Stayed during Easter weekend, very clean, grounds kept nice and tidy, the playground area was a nice spot to have a glass of wine while watching the kids play, short ride to main Street and jetty

TO WHO EVER IT MAY CONCERN. Please read my review before booking your next holiday. The reason why I gave 1 star is? My family and myself have been in different sort of 5 star resorts, hotel and Motels for the past few years but never had this sort of experience ever. One of my family friend who stayed in these Chalets this long weekend invited us to come and have a look at these accommodation so that next time if we were to plan for a holiday then we should go for Busselton Jetty Chalets.
As we parked our car in Visitor bay a lady who called herself MANAGER of the Chalets in a very rude voice asked me if I have a booking and when I said no she clearly said that I need to move my car which I did.
When I was returning to this chalet after parking my car across the road, my wife and kids along with our other friends came and said that this same lady was very rude and she asked if we have any bookings and when my wife said no we are here just to see accommodation for our next holiday, this lady in a very rude tone said that stop wandering around and you guys cannot just walk in like this.
I approached this lady and asked her, whats wrong with her and why is she talking so rudely in front of my family specially kids and she replied that we have no bookings and they don't allow just to wander.
Guys to cut long story short, if you can handle this sort of attitude and rude behaviour then go ahead and do your bookings but for us its the end.
I can only say that I feel sorry for the owners of these Chalets who have hired this sort of MANAGER.
