7Went to the ED Dept at 4.30 this morning with possible kidney stones.they took me straight in and i saw the doctor within 15min.pain relief on board and with a plan for a CT and investigation. All the staff were fantastic.could not have asked for better help. Thankyou
Poor service, we waited for hours to be seen by the doctor. My daughter had a suab test. The doctor told us that we would receive the result via wp. More than 4 hours have passed and we haven't heard back. And when we call they don't know the result, they tell us to call again. And they hang up the phone
Professional services and staff to care for injuries and ill health to people
Was admitted to ED on 12 March with sciatica pain. From the time I was seen by Admission to seeing Dr Donna Hill, cannot remember the Dr who assisted with the transfer to general ward to Dr Chris Kruk who discharged me and the WONDERFUL nursing and administration staff. They kept on treating the patients with such respect and kept smiling even though they heavily understaffed.
