Thank you so very much for your kindness to us, during our overnight last night in emergency room. Lesley and Vinny and Hayley and Andrea and Mahmood were all so very kindly and nurturing and patient. Thank you so much!

The White Male South African Doctor in the ED is invalidating, rude and quite unprofessional. Should definitely work on bedside manner, especially with women.
Had pain in my oesophagus, turned out to be gastritis, that felt like someone was smashing my chest with a sledgehammer every 3 seconds. And he had the nerve to tell me that my pain "wasn't that bad". Also, rudely called what was happening to me as "non-urgent". Despite the fact I was not dying, I was in immense pain, and it felt urgent to me. I was alone, unable to drive myself to ED because of the pain. I felt ignored and not taken seriously. Genuinely hope I don't encounter this Dr again.

Day surgery 30th January, 2023.
I had nurse Ruth in pre-op, lovely girl and very respectful, the Anaesthetist and surgeon both nice, then post op I had a nurse called Tracey, really lovely, kind, considerate and friendly. I think Tracey had called me before too to check my details. These staff are a credit to this campus. Thanks everyone, kind regards-Di

The ED were so helpful in as many ways as possible. From the Security dude, Triage Nurse, Clerical Assistant & Doctor Chris. They were attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable & genuinely caring in all aspects of their area. They also offered some Travel tips & locations as we were Traveling. The facility was very clean & tidy.

I had a small tummy operation and from checkin to discharge, all the nurses and doctors were first class all the way.
I was treated with dignity and compassion.

Amazing people and services.

We were visiting from Victoria and my pregnant partner needed some help. The health professionals here were so lovely, patient and informed about maternity issues.

Last night we had an amazing experience at the Busselton ED/ Maternity departments.
The level of care, professionalism and the facilities were outstanding.

Yesterday I attended Busselton Health Campus for eye surgery. I cannot thank the Nursing staff and Surgeon enough. They were marvellous. I experienced first hand how very hard they all work. Thank you all

Just spent a night over in day stay and would like to say a big thanks to all the doctors and staff who looked after me, everyone was very helpful and friendly and made my stay very pleasant and comfortable, couldn't have been in better hands (everyone awesome) just one minor thing that would have made it even better a TV would have been great. Attended day surgery for a day procedure.unfortunately had a few complications on my end health wise, but cannot fault the nursing staff from before, during & after - every single one that dealt with me were absolutely wonderful - kind, caring & compassionate!

My wife gave birth at the Busselton
hospital and can't thank all the staff enough for the services provided. The midwife's were always helpful and even took care of our baby during the night so that we can get some sleep. All the doctors that checked my wife and baby were very through and caring. The building is maintained very clean and tidy. Every staff member that we came across were very helpful and friendly.

I just like to say thankyou to all the staff in the ED Busselton Hospital for looking after me on Saturday night the 15th October. I wouldn't of got seen to straight away if I was back home in Perth at Fiona Stanley Hosp. Your a great bunch. Doctors and nurse's

I had my first cataract procedure yesterday and the staff were all fantastic, Annette especially, kind and we’ll organised. Highly recommend this hospital and I’ll see you again next month ️

I would like to thank all the amazing staff at the Busselton hospital. It was my first time having a procedure and visiting the hospital and I was so well looked after from the lovely reception ladies through to lovely Dr Cover and team. Thankyou

I publicly thank them for taking care of my elderly Mum, Betty, after she had a very bad fall while we were down there on holiday.

Yesterday (20March22) I had an accident and I end up in Busselton hospital emergency, I was in an incredible pain, all I want to say here is - I was taken care by wonderful doctors (male & then female) and nurses, I was there from about
6: 00 pm till 1: 00 am. What a difference to my horrible experience in Murdoch emergency, private hospital in Perth in January this year

Beautiful friendly caring staff. They always complimented their fellow workers. Thorough and attentive to patients.

I had day surgery yesterday and all the nurses treated me like royalty. They all listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease, one nurse was even stroking my forehead when I was having a panic attack from getting drips put in my arms.

I recently had a procedure at the Busselton hospital. I am from Margaret River, and this was my first time attending as an outpatient.
All of the staff, nurses, orderlies and doctors are very professional and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe.
A huge thank you to all! We are very lucky to have such a facility.
