We landed at Perth Airport at 5am no other company is open or has options at that time but Burwoods does! They drop cars to you for convenient pickup. The whole process was so smooth. Faster than a traditional car rental in my opinion. New vehicles too. Just 4000kms on the odometer. Very well cleaned and presented. And great rates which don't break the bank.:)

Had a great experience. Very clean condition, brand new car and good service. A Special thank you to Nichole as she made the booking process very easy and welcoming for us.

One suggestion:

A male staff from customer service is extremely unprofessional with his attitudes when I was checking some details on how excess KM and rescticted area works. The phone was hanged up (hopefully the line drop off) ; I was shocked as the service was always been good. I called back, another lady answered and clarified my questions professionally. Perhaps he was having a bad day but should be professional during business hour. It is work ethics.

Other than this glitch, everything else was fantastic. The overall experince saved the 5 star. Would recommend family and freind use their sercvice when they travel to the West.

Covid Safe Car Rental - Well done Burswood! I have just picked up an Audi Q3 (beautiful car) using Burswood Car Rentals new contactless car rental. It was flawless, it made picking the car up very easy and my wife and I had no contact at all with anyone. The car also smelt of disinfectant, so I'm assuming it was well cleaned as well. Very good system, I'll definitely be back!

Having never rented a car before and unsure what to expect, the staff at Burswood Car Rental made the process really quick and easy by being super helpful, friendly and flexible. It wasn't an issue when I wanted to change cars mid-way through the rental contract. I feel very confident now in continuing to rent from them in the future.

Best car rental service around! The whole process from online selection, pick up and drop off was super simple and time efficient. Process from start to finish was easy first booked online got a great car excellent value. Needed to increase the days of the hire, it was so easy. After a botched booking (completely on my behalf) they went out of their way to make it work, very friendly staff, they were cheaper and more generous with kilometre allowance than other rentals I looked at and the cars were nice and new.
