Needed my medals remounted and cleaned. Excellent service, advice given with time and cost. Will use them again.

If you want to be abused by a rude and disrespectful individual, I encourage you to reach out to Mr Burridge.

I made an inquiry with Mr Burridge about his services and when I politely informed him I would pass on his offer, he went off on a rant about people leaving it to the last minute and always having excuses.

Even when I ask Mr Burridge to cease if rant, he continued flapping his gums.

Terrible consumer experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone his services.

Excellent service and miles above the competition. Will recommend to my friends and will make sure to tell people to avoid JB military antiques, it’s easy to get the two confused but it is a mistake you will regret and won’t make again.

John mounted my military medal set as well as my Grandfathers WW1 set.
He cleaned and protected my fire service medal. In all things his standard of work is at the highest standard. If I ever need any further medal work done, he will be my first call. 5/5

If you're looking to get original medals refurbished or replicas made up in the West look this place up. Highly recommended.

Went to John to get my grandmother's medals mounted for her funeral service. John was more than accommodating given the purpose and prioritised my order. True gentleman.

They are flat out at the moment but they promised to have my metals back before Anzac Day. Very happy with that.

John's business suffered a catastrophic fire late in November 2015 which saw the shop temporally 'boarded up' until the forensic investigation was complete and the shop made safe.

A great deal of stock plus his forms of communication (telephones and computer) were destroyed in the fire which left him unable to effectively inform customers and new clients of the disruption to the business.

He continues to conduct business in the burnt out shell of his shop for medal mounting and other enquiries which proves his professional approach to his clients and customers.

I have always found John Burridge Military Antiques to be a friendly, honest and trustworthy group and they are highly recommended for your medal mounting requirements, military collectable purchases and absolutely honest when buying from the public.

Its good to see this place bounce back after the fire. Great place for getting your medals mounted for a good price and quality work.

I have been shopping at the Burridge's for 15 yrs and have always found them to be extremely helpful, honest and trustworthy in the manner in which they conduct their business.

For those who have suffered any inconveniences due to the recent misfortune at their shop please remember that these blokes lost 4 decades worth of memrobilia and a lifetimes worth of work in that fire and are doing the best they can given the gravity of the situation.
