Highly recommended the representative Sher Liang! She is professional, caring, and very friendly. She also has excellent customer services skills and explained every detail clearly to us before making our final decision.

Not very nice people through phone and in person.
They give you completely different information as well.

This complaint is only related to the poor online service - assistance only restricted to two (2) issues about cover/policies, no online chat assistant to help me claim online (my paid invoices would upload and then drop out in next step), no return phone call, no other course of assistance. I am now printing all my paid invoices and mailing to the Perth CBD Office - I am assuming this is the right office as no information online again as to where to send invoices! Have been very satisfied with the direct asssitance given by BUPA staff in Booragoon but this office now closed. My family has been with BUPA for over 20yrs and have not been happy with price increases and following the money god by withdrawal of several naturopathic services! Yes money before preventative health care! So am really pinged off by this triggering very poor & useless online assistance.

Well i really Bupa service. Today Connie attended me for my question, because i have some questions in my private health coverage. She explained very detailed to me what that i bought. I am really appreciate for her help.
The service center is located in Hay street, previously was in Murray street opposite of the train station, but now is another street only. It is easy to get here by public transport. It is next to Kmart so if you plan to shopping you can just drop by to Bupa.

Very nice people and awesome office. Easy to reach by bus or underground.
I was helped for an international student insurance with “Mina”; super helpful and very kind. Highly recommended

Visited as I needed to make some claims.
Very short waiting time (probs 5 mins).
Staff showed me how to use the app to make the claims without having to visit them next time.

Such a poor service, wasting my time going to store waiting for at least 10 minutes to get served and then only have to listen that you have to do claims online, really I mean some of claims do not go through apps that why we waste our time coming to your store and few receipts they say can’t see properly so you need invoice …it’s now more then 6 months still I can read all the medicines and amount still they need invoice for that …. At least morley store is better in service.definitely not recommending anyone to go for BUPA

I went to Bupa last May. Got the wrong lenses back in June because no one did a fitting, got the replacements in late August.
They are multi-focals and clearly still not right as I have spent the last 4 months tilting my head back to see things close up.
I’d stay away!

I was in bupa Perth CBD retail for claiming my GP insurance with the nice lady named Sylvia (she also speak 中文， if you need mandarin services from her)

The Chinese old lady, wearing glasses and curly short hair, was very rude. Her customer service was terrible. I went there to claim the GP invoice and she just told me directly, we can claim on online. I know that however it is my choice anyway.
She was not friendly. She did gave me the receipt as well. She is there to help bupa members, like help claim and explain about service, not to tell us to do ourselves.

The service is really not good. They will say lots of thing during selling a new policy and not helpful to resolving any issue or giving proper information.

Speak to Steve over the phone for some enquiries and he’s so accomodating and quick to respond with all our questions. Brilliant customer service!

Khanh is very competent and knowledgeable around Bupa services and products. Thanks again mate.
