11We're curious about Bupa's offers and visited the retail store at Morley in WA and met the store manager Yuqi Gao. We're very happy with Yuqi's excellent service and knowledge about our enquiries of various levels of cover that's age appropriate and relevant. Yuqi is very patient and articulate to answer all our questions - he displays utmost professionalism, transparency and caring manner in the few meetings we had with him. It's a very assuring and positive experience with Yuqi and we decided to sign up with Bupa.
Bupa Morley store is great place to visit and get personal help on any concerns one may have in regarding one health policy or get any questions you may have in regards to a upcoming hospital stay or surgery! I highly recommend Bupa to any one who looking for a great Health insurance that can suit your needs by the friendly staff.
Horrible customer service at the Morley store. No answers to the basic questions and did not help set the the app on the phone. Was very rude to us and said she can not help because there was a lot of customers she had to attend to (there was only 1 couple waiting outside)
I had a terrible experience with one of the staff yesterday afternoon. I arrived and noticed a woman with her back to the entrance texting away on her cell phone. I waited and made a bit of shuffling noise to make my presence known as I got practically behind her. She then set her phone down and continued with her back to me, zero acknowledgment so after another minute I said "Excuse me" and she rudely replied yes I hear you I'm just finishing up with a previous customer. Ten minutes to close, Her computer was off, There was no one else in the store or leaving when I entered, and I could clearly see her texting on Facebook. Obviously that set the tone for the rest of the interaction. She proceeded to argue with me about why she was ignoring me. She was extremely rude, argumentative, combative, fake and condescending when asking for membership details. I told her I didn't care for her excuses and proceeded to explain why I was there. She wouldn't let me get a complete sentence out before interrupting, talking over, cutting me off and said she wouldn't be able to help me. I just needed to make a claim! I was planning to do it online anyway, but happened to be near there and wanted to deal with an actual human for once, BAD DECISION I decided to end the transaction and asked for her name. She said I'll grab the manager and he will tell you the same. The manager came out. I told him I'll sort the claim myself I just wanted to make a formal complaint about this staff member. He was trying to listen. She was still arguing with me and interrupting me and her manager needed to sush her! He apologized and was lovely. No fault to him, but wow worst customer service and experience in Australia ever! 0/10 Shame on you rude lady! Put the phone away!
My experience was a good one! The female who helped me was very thorough with giving me the answers I required / and very friendly.
The consultant was extremely friendly and the experience was like Id known her for many years, lovely person to chat with.
Juliet was very friendly and customer oriented. She explained every details, and answered all my questions related to the service.
Juliet is one of the best, she is kind and very helful.

Yuqi is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager that found ways of resolving my issue.

I really appreciated the help from this store, esp. Joanne and Helena, helped me go through the most difficult time when my dad suddenly passed away from an medical accident. They are exceptional, and way beyond my expectation, and I always feel welcome, esp. Joanne.
The best bupa we have been. Since the city centre staff sometimes were quite useless. The Morley one are really kind and with a lot of attention.
