7Had a medical test here, the process was smooth and the staff was excellent.
Doesnt pick up the phone between 5 and 6pm. And the centre closes before 6. Wrong opening times up
It seems they stop taking calls half an hour before 6. Even though they say they're available till 6. Inconvenient and they should change their hours to reflect that. They're also very expensive. The rest was fine.
Yesterday to do my physical examination, the doctors are very friendly ~
I would have rated zero star if I could. Terrible booking system, rude receptionists appear not to have professionalism at all. I just felt pity towards them as they seemed to hate their job. I would definitely recommend not to go to this place unless you really need to.
The 3 receptionist that I encountered were friendly and kind. Both the nurse and doctor are very professional and communicates well. They are very patient in explaining all the details that I needed to know. The doctor's great to talk to. Great experience overall.
