I experienced the worse service in Bupa at Carousel branch, very bad customer service. The staff are not familiar about the business at all. The manager should take the responsibility to training staffs again.

The staff was very professional and the whole process was easy.no red tapes experienced as compared to other services government or private. Just so simple how they do things!

Visited Bupa Cannington today for some issues regarding private insurance for our parents and was served by Bobbie and later, Cindy too. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their patient and detailed service. They not only went out of their way to help us resolve the issue we had but were also able to help us explore new solutions to managing our own coverage, taking the time to explain every detail. Very pleasant experience and will certainly go back to them for any new enquiries. Note: we ended up switching our coverage back to Bupa after this experience and are very happy with the new coverage too.
