Started out as a home-based studio, Mel is so dedicated in what she does. Her craft is amazing, she knows exactly what lashes style suits my eye shape just by a glance.

San did an amazing job on my lashes - if ur looking for natural classic lashes that still make ur eyes pop this is the studio ur looking for!

I’m so happy with the very natural and lush lashes️ Mel is very gentle and professional and have chosen lashes to best shape my eyes? There’s no gel residue or clunky feeling. The studio was very lovely and cute with wonderful scent. The bed to lay on is very soft and comfortable and it was a very luxurious experience overall!

Melissa from Bunny Lashes is so good!

I don’t like getting my lashes done because of the time and how uncomfortable I feel - but Melissa is super fast and comforting.

She is now my regular lash tech.

My lashes last so long with little fall out.

I came and had my eyelashes done at Bunny lashes for the first time in October. I had high expectations and was extremely happy with the way they looked until a few days later when they begun to severely hurt and were impossible to brush.multiple natural lashes were stuck to one fake eyelash in clumps this is not how lash extensions are meant to be applied I know this for a fact as I have a qualification is lash extensions.

Unfortunately for me I was on holiday in another country and had to go get them removed as they were way too painful to wait until I was back home in Australia the lady who removed them explained that they had been applied extremely poorly and unprofessionally and she did the best to save as many of my lashes as possible. I was left with an huge missing gap of eyelashes.

I then contacted bunny lashes and explained what had happened and attached photos as proof and it’s now January and they still haven’t even bothered to acknowledge my email. Terrible customer service I do not recommend coming here.

This has been a very painful and traumatic experience for me.

Mel is the BEST at lashes! Every single time I’ve got them done by her I get compliments, they last so long and they don’t fall out! I’m in love with my eyelashes, would recommend!

I’ve had my eyelashes done by Jenny and i loved it so much! The lashes were really soft & fluffy and the whole process was very comfortable! <33 i received many compliments on my lashes and my bestfriend also went to get her lashes done at bunny place! Oh and the studio is super pretty as well! I highly recommend!

I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw the other 1 star review was for the same lash tech I had, Sarah. I've been getting my lashes done for 7 years and this was the worst, most painful experience I've ever had. It's left me too scared to have anyone near my eyes again.

First she removed my old lashes and it stung my eyes so badly. At one point she slid a tool between my lids, it was painful and my eyeball was red the next day. When I spoke to my doctor, it turned out she'd scratched my cornea and I had to use antibiotic drops for a week.

When she applied the extensions it felt like a needle pricking my lash line each time. She made so many mistakes and I could feel her ripping off lashes and regluing, sometimes in the same spot multiple times. She went back again after finishing and the glue must have started to set because she struggled physically pulling the extension from my natural lash, until I heard a snapping sound, like breaking hair. She also glued a lash to my eyelid and tried to scrape it off with one of her sharp tools. I felt all of this for 2.5 hours.

She was also talking loudly to another lash tech in the room. Which just added to the uncomfortable experience. And at the end of it all, the style wasn't even what I wanted, or similar to the picture I showed her.

I haven't tried to contact the studio, because honestly, I'd already been through a lot and nothing they could do would change what happened. It should never have happened in the first place. Sarah is either extremely careless or just unqualified. I'm only posting this so others don't have to experience what I did. I hope the owners do something to prevent this from happening again to any of their other customers.

So disappointed. Lashes depend on which artist you get. I’ve had lash extensions for nearly 3 years now and never had a problem. I first started with Jenny who was gentle and meticulous who then stopped working at Bunny, Sarah then did my lashes and my natural lashes are now ruined with extensions being placed on multiple lashes clumped together and my lash line in so much pain. I told the owner who did not apologise at all and rescheduled me a fix appointment with the same lash tech who ruined my lashes? I think the techs may be rushing through their sets as they have multiple clients a day with a set time limit.

Melissa does a great job on my eyelash extensions they last so well and look even right up till refill time. The salon is very clean and well appointed would definitely recommend to anyone

By far the best lash technicians in Perth, such lovely staff, beautiful salon and AMAZING work. I travel 40 minutes to have my lashes done by these lovely ladies, worth the trip every time ️

Mel is a lash fairy! For just over two years now she has made my lashes look perfect and they stay on for so long! Her new salon is so beautiful!
