Bunnings Willetton

Small bunnings store.many items not available. Yes i can check online.but hey, cant be bothered all the time.

It’s a very tiny Bunnings, but it’s nice having it near home, and seems to have almost everything a regular Bunnings has

Some staff are not as friendly as they used to be and service can be very slow. Stock levels of some items are improving. Sadly, this is not the place it used to be.

The good:
- It’s Bunnings.

The bad:
- Small store compared to typical Bunnings
- Lesser stock
- App doesn’t specify item isle location

The ugly:
- They will close garden area early and refuse entry straight to your face. Be prepared.

Recommendation:
- Only go here if you’re desperate and cannot travel, or have to wee urgently:)
- Check online (or call) for stock before you make plans.

Not as big as other bunnings stores in Perth metro area. Staff friendly & helpful. Well stocked.

I went to Bunnings Willetton for a quick purchase of 2 items. Queue on the check out (2nd in line), waiting patiently while waiting the lady was checking out lots of items of the other customer in front of me. Was about to move to a different check out but they got long queue as well.

Then there's another customer came to the other side of the check out counter, looks as if he would like to ask something. Once the lady finished checking out the first customer, she quickly answer the other guy. Turns out, she also checking out his items (lots of them) as well, while it was supposed to be my turn (with only 2 items on hand). I believe she knew I was queueing up in line for more than 10 mins. I end up went to a different check out counter and finally served after another 3 mins.what a service.

Sorry but your methylamine may be slightly dilated, must of been china.also any idea when your next train comes through?

I've gotten used to their inexpertise and out-of-stock but now they can't even run a trade breakfast without running out, packing up, and leaving half an hour before the breakfast was due to finish.come to think of it, I'm not surprised at all!

A good local Bunnings they usually have what I am looking for. The staff just let it down by throwing their cigarette buts in the rocks down the side when there is an ash tray 5m away

Handy little Bunnings close to home if you need common stuff. As it's only a small store, they do have a limited range but great if you want to in and out quick.

Very unfriendly and rude female supervisor! Not willing to help or check for stock in other stores

Good service. But measuring the vinyl sheet by roughtly folding a one meter length "5 times" method by arms with alittle bit extra which only gave me 4.9m in total. Even after I pulled it tight, It is still only 4.92m. Shorter than what I asked and paid for. Very annoyed!

A big thank you to Maree in the paint shop. She spent a huge amount of time matching the most ridiculously small paint chip that we brought in to ensure that the colour matched. Fantastic customer service - thank you so much!

Don't stock much and are pretty small considering the brand.
Usually run out of stuff.
Shelving and bays are much more cramped. Staff in general is young so do not expect much wise inputs or advice.
Only go there if I need something very generic or if I am in a rush.

I must commend your young staff member, Kara, who on Saturday, 8 October, went to great lengths to assist me. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she came to check that I had found what I wanted. When I said the item would do, but was not really what I was looking for, she went and searched in another part of the store and came back to fetch me. She had found the exact item I had been seeking. Service like this is to be commended. Well done, Kara.

The ladies in the paint shop were amazingly helpful, with tips and creative ideas. When I had gotten some colours wrong they were able to patiently retint it for me to get it to the level I wanted. If customer service could be this good everywhere. Thankyou ladies!

I can't talk highly enough of the amazing service my mother and I received from this store. The gentleman went the extra mile to help us. Lady at the checkouts was also very good. Thank you so much.

Some of the younger staff have a bad dismissive attitude which doesn't t surprise me because the manager has poor communication skills when interacting with her staff. Most of the staff are lovely and very helpful. They have Very limited range and I often have to go to other Bunnings stores to get what I need. They had a whole section devoted to floating shelves. Use of
It’s space could be utilised with more varied stock. Shame because this store is local to me

I went to Bunnings Willetton at 11: 30am today would like to duplicate a key. The asian skinny lady with curly black hair asked me to remove the key from the key ring if not she will not do it for me. There is no clear instructions that the key has to be off the key ring. She advised that it is not her job to help me remove the key from key ring.maybe she has a bad day? Or she just doesnt want to do it? Or she need to polish her customer service? Oh well.end up i have to drive to another bunnings to help.
