Massive store and massive prices.
Its not until you live overseas that you realise that this giant monopoly is absolutely ripping off its customers. $45 for a wood chisel? Ordered the same thing online for $3.

Totally disappointed with the Christmas Community Market Night on 7th Dec. Too crowded! Only stayed for 5 mins.

They have the worst stock management. Happened at least 5 times that I checked the website and item was said to be available available and then went there and staff were searching for it for like 10min with no luck.

Not as good as myaree. They have stock but the people working in there couldn't care less about you it's pretty impressive.

Wide range of products and helpful staff to help with your my renovations. Plenty of car parking with onsite sasauge sizzle out the front and cafe inside. There are public toilets if needed too.

Is there a better place to have your wedding photos taken than Bunnings? Never!
I always wanted to get married in Bunnings because - Bunnings! Ceremony in the powertool aisle, reception in the garden section.dreamy.
But, from what I understand, a good marriage is based on compromise, so, photos is what we have instead.
Thankyou to the manager and the lovely team for not kicking us out and being so welcoming and lovely. We'll be back to spend our vouchers soon.:)

Some staff friendly others rude & not helpful. I Rang b4 to confirm product at store.advised yes.when at store told item out stock! Waste of time & petrol

There is a gentleman named Terry who works in the Bathroom section he is the most helpful and courteous employee Bunnings must be proud of him

It's Bunnings, it is what it is. Although on my visit the staff were helpful in getting exactly what we needed.

Despite the staff outnumbering the customers, service was non existant.
The person at the trade desk can't multi task and choose to ignore me and continue with a long winded phone call.
4 staff at the information desk and myself and one other customer, both waiting while being ignored, staff talking and laughing instead.

Poor performance compared to my usual bunnings store

Like most others, I got in asked where wot I was wanting could be found. Was shown, grabbed one. Paid for it and left.
The staff were very helpful.

Sponsors of my art exhibitions so I can't fault them. As with all Bunnings exceptional service

Driving me nuts that there's never anyone maning the paint shop! I'm wasting so much time waiting around for someone.
Also staff are pretty useless and often rude. They don't know where anything is.
Lots of stuff out of stock when it says in stock on the website too.

Huge store with a great variety, perfect for DYI projects and other tools and gardening handyman accessories

Friendly staff and a good range. Still a great place to find goods for home repairs and renovations.

Grumpy staff especially the person manning the entry/exit area. Needs to work on her social skills. Place could also do with detailed instructions on where to leave empty gas bottles when entering store. How it gets away with storing so much gas so close to the entry point amazes me. At least the door person springs into life if she sees an empty gas bottle get carried into the store.

Great service, animal friendly, staff very friendly and approachable with a great attitude, thank you Cameron and the plumbing guy.

After getting nowhere by phone and visit to the Cockburn Central and Bibra Lake stores I finally received terrific service from Ollie at the O'Connor store. He went out of his way to assist and offered alternatives for products out of stock. The other two stores could learn a lot about customer service from Ollie. He solved my problem.
