Great bunnings (but they all are). Helpful staff. Handy for all your power tool, timber, bathroom renovation, tool, gardening needs and SO much more

This review won’t make a blind bit of difference because people will keep shopping at Bunnings no matter how poor their customer service has become. I have spent an hour trying to get help purchasing a bath, shower, taps etc for a bathroom renovation. The two girls at the desk were more interested in their personal conversation than helping me and I assume aren’t allow to leave the desk as all they did was try and page people to help who never showed up. Then I was told to go look for them myself. Bunnings used to be great but has become very poor in recent years. Again won’t make a difference but I’m sitting in the car park writing this in anger! Again a big company not employing enough staff putting profits first!

Everything you need is right there, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help where they can.

It's possibly the most substantial Bunnings store I've ever seen. You practically need golf carts to get around it all everything one day. Staff friendly and the range of everything is huge.

Never thought I would say this about a Bunnings, but this one is bad. It used to be good, but I have noticed it going down hill over the last couple of months. The lack of availability of certain products has often left me frustrated and empty-handed. What drove me to write this review; however, was my most recent experience with the employees. I wanted to exchange a faulty tool for a new one. They said they have to send it to the manufacturer for repair and cannot exchange it for a new one. I then asked if I could get my money back instead and they said no. On the Bunnings website it clearly states my product has a 3 year warranty and I am still well within that timeframe. Furthermore, as a customer, I am entitled by Australian Law to a refund or exchange if the item I purchased is faulty. The various Bunnings personnel who interacted with me said that it is because it's an AEG tool and not something cheaper like Ryobi or Ozito. So I therefore also faced discrimination based on the tool choice I have. This is unacceptable.

This place needs to train its staff in the following: customer service, knowledge on what they sell, and just a little care factor, I really hate going here but they are the only place that sells hardware

Bunnings Mindarie overall is great, but today in the garden tools isle me and my wife where asking one of the staff members about a blower, long story short, as he was showing us through the site on my phone, he was extremely condescending and rude. Bunnings staff are usually friendly, but this man without provocation was very unpleasant. I ma hoping management will inform staff about respect for customers and just respect for people in general.

Love this store almost every second day I do a Bunnings run. Hard though sometimes to get staff member to help you depending when you go and how busy they are plenty of stock!

Young staff need more customer service training. Unhelpful, unfriendly, unfamiliar with their own store, therefore unwilling to help. It's a HUGE store.but "No, that's not my area and I don't know where another staff member is (who DOES work in the area in question) is not helpful and downright rude.especially if you are obviously not busy.

I'd rather go to Joondalup.or Ellenbrook.at least they will help.

I spend way too much time here always lots of staff on registers but it would be more helpful if you could find staff to help in the aisles. When you do find help it always good but sometimes you have to go a loooooong way to find someone.

Website needs improving. Difficult to find accurate stock numbers or if a product is even there before going.

Drive and collect is great!

The single metal table legs - don’t buy them unless they are for a display table.
Bunnings removed my review from their website, but they are of poor quality and the table will wobble. Replaced with wood and problem was solved.

We shop at Bunnings very regularly, and spending $100s of dollars, today we bought some wood to makes drawers in our camper van, we got to the trades checkout, the lady there was busy chatting to her coworkers, she completely ignored us, we had no eye contact, no “hello how are you” she did scan our piles of wood while still talking to her friends, totally ignoring us, she then took our money, still no eye contact, still chatting to her friends…. We had a few questions to ask about our wood, but felt uncomfortable interrupting her, I thought she was so incredibly rude, with no customer service whatsoever

Great service from Tony in lighting. Very knowledgeable and spent time to ensure we got the correct globe for outdoor light.

I usually love shopping at this Bunnings. I don’t expect everybody to have all the knowledge however I do expect some decent customer service and a smile especially if I am making an effort to be pleasant. To be honest I usually do get this however BE WARNED that there is a very moody, rude and unapproachable older lady working in the paint section. I would recommend asking someone else for advice unless you want to feel stupid and small. I thought the standards at Bunnings were higher.

Wanted some tools to fix up the house. Haven't really purchased tools in the last few years as I didn't really need them. I knew what I wanted but did need some information on what is curantly available. The gent who initially helped me was awesome. Really appreciated his help. I went to get another item and he was busy with another client, I eventually a young lady helped me select the several other tools. Overall a pleasant experience. Good quality for the price. Definitely worth a visit.

It's always a fun trip to Bunnings, from the delicious smell of the sausage sizzle out the front to the endless array of "stuff" you hadn't even thought you wanted, to the endless ideas that spring to mind of things you might be able to make if you buy said "stuff". My favourite store, no wonder so many husbands spend hours here!

The 3 people at the trade desk tonight we're amazingly helpful after I messed up one of my ratchet straps, they helped me info the strap and showed me some good points to tie down and strap my load so I would be safer. I am so thankful x

On some instances if you cannot find stock at Joondalup then Clarkson is the next closest Bunnings. Since COVID has started there have been a lot of stock issues. More frustratingly what you see on a website is not always in stock as I found out.
