Bunnings Midland

Went in to bunnings midland to get sequity light most shelves empty midland very poor. 12 01 24

Staff very friendly and helpful. Stopped what they were doing and spent several minutes trying to help me find what i was looking for. Fantastic customer service. This doesnt happen at all Bunnings stores.

We hired a box trailer this afternoon (26/08/23). After we paid for it, a male staff member came out to the carpark to make sure if we hooked the trailer on our car properly. I wish I asked his name for the outstanding service. Thank you!

I have no problem with the Bunnings shop itself, but I was absolutely frustrated at the coffee cups that they chose to put their coffee in. While they are bio cops, the lid is compostable the lid tilted off multiple times, and all the hot coffee spilled onto my leg twice! Also they oat milk they use is terrible.

No staff. If you can’t find something, get comfortable and wait an hour for one of the three employees to help you. I needed one thing, it took me 50 minutes. Absolutely will not be back because I have a life outside of Bunnings

We would like to mention Lynn who mixes the paint. She is the most helpful lady and has helped us on many occasions getting a colour match. She goes out of her way. We have in the past sent through some details to Bunnings but I am not sure if you have passed this on to Lynn. Massive Bunnings with plenty of parking even when the store is super busy.friendly staff who were stopping to help every other customer. The stores only fault is it's too successful so it's often busy but it has enough staff to move through. But budget an extra 5 minutes for checkout lines and if you need advice to wait for free staff.

Its big and thats about it. Staff know very little about diy and always ask you for advice. The store never has stock of actual diy stuff but more decorative items. Its also the biggest bunnings in wa with the smallest playground.

Amazing customer service from Jacob in the bathroom dept. Knew his stuff so we walked out with exactly what we needed and we even had it all loaded into the car for us. Thanks Jacob, job well done.

Thank you to the amazing team in Kitchens/Special Orders at Bunnings Midland, specifically the following team members – Jacky, Mel, Sylvia, Linda and Dylan. Over the last few months they have very patiently assisted me at every stage of my complete kitchen and laundry renovation from the initial design, through revisions and reassuring of my doubts about anything. There have been so many questions on my numerous visits and they have always been friendly, welcoming and supportive as I made decisions and nothing was ever a problem.
I would highly recommend this knowledgeable team if you were thinking of any renovations in the future.

An excellent store stock wise.
Staff on breaks or off duty need to be prepared for customers to ask whete things are.they don't need to be told I'm on break

New store is great and has just about anything the home handyman would need. Big improvement on the old store. Aisles have lots of room to maneuvre your trolley.

New location sucks. There's now too much traffic in Clayton and lloyd streets that the roads weren't designed for. Huge congestion in that area now. Typical bad planning from the city of swan.

Wow. What a store! So well spaced and stocked. It’s nice to be able to have room to go down the isles without troubling other customers for space. Great to be able to see more items on display instead of just in a box. Exiting from the west (?) Can be annoying as it’s one way.

One of the best shopping experiences we have had at any Bunnings store in a long time. We were absolutely blown away by Tim and Jayden's service. Not only did they give us great advice and help us find what we needed, they helped us load some heavy boxes onto the ute. Awesome job guys!

One of the largest Bunnings in Australia. Very impressive, especially the IKEA-like small kitchen and bathroom builds in store so you can see what the Flatpack will look like
