Bunnings Mandurah

Bunnings Mandurah goes alright, they were out of stock on their Rain Bird sprinklers at time of posting though.
The staff are usually friendly and can point you to the right aisle on most queries.

I got an Ozito battery powered trimmer and leaf blower package from the back wall, why not put them on display instead of making customers buy both for an extra cost?

The main negative I have when visiting Bunnings Mandurah is the Mount Everest sized speed bumps in the parking lot, can they be replaced with smaller ones please?

Great, knowledgeable service in special orders - "Tutti" went above and beyond to help me with my urgent, ultra quick reno of the whole apartment.
All floors and tiles and kitchen (photos and videos) + bathroom & toilet equipment, kitchen kaboodle+ equipment, al-fresco blinds+equipment and paint.
All this list was purchased from Bunnings Mandurah,
Investment appartment is still not finished as you can see but 80% thanks to the Mandurah, Wa Team for xpress service.

I only chose 1star because that was the only way to get to the comments section. The staff here are young and extremely unknowledgeable. Particularly the paint and garden depts. Customer service is lacking as too product training. The paint team don’t know a thing. My wife asked for low tack masking tape. The response from the young person was “I feel the Norton tape is less tacky “. We purchased based on her professional opinion” Guess what? Tape is super tacky and has damaged our newly painted walls. If there was a competitor store around I’d be shopping there. I am a truly unsatisfied customer.

Love bunnings, everything a boy needs in one place. Really need to update the photos though, most out of date since the move some years ago.

Ok so firstly I FXING LOVE BUNNINGS but they really need to do something with one persons arrogance in the wood section.what a rude unhelpful man he was he couldnt cut butter.his arrogance was unacceptable. I reported him but was brushed off because he had been there for over 15 years. A young lad jeandre a few.days previous had cut.the same 10 pieces of wood without no issues what a gem he was so polite.a lady Margaret where so helpful on the day i had an issue she was so apologetic for this mans arrogance. Seriously this guy should have took the day off if he was having a bad day.pure rudeness.

Once again unless you can find it yourself the staff are very unhelpful, not really interested in checking on a item. This is the normal response from employees at bunnings well done for being consistent

I don't usually comment on Bunnings stores but the service at this store by Bonnie and 2 other young staff was excellent. This was the day after lockdown and the store was busy. But they had my hire organised quickly which was excellent.

Bunnings store Mandurah easy store to navigate, got what was required, staff friendly and helpful.

I love this place and I love renovating I have been loving it more after I can get everything I need and discuss the details of other things that I can learn about. Staff are brilliant and it's a great place for me to get creative with my lifestyle base.home.

Well stocked products. Friendly staff.
But very busy carpark everytime I went there.
For the everyday gear I prefer to go to Bunnings Halls Head. Better parking but not as stocked as this one.

Only thing I am not keen on is the car park itself - very busy and has a poor layout. If you park near the nursery, just be very careful crossing into the store as drivers rarely give way.

Staff here are always friendly and after dozens of visits to this store I have never left without everything I needed and all the advice on how to properly use it.

Items are reasonably priced and easy to find in store. Staff are knowledgeable and always eager to help.

Great hardware store, plenty of parking and easy access from alternative directions. Reasonably large garden section, has all the main essentials for most avid gardeners. Attracting the attention of staff whilst cruising the isles whilst searching for something can sometimes prove very difficult. Otherwise a handy persons paradise and one could easily spend hours just viewing everything on display.

Extremely happy with the service and assistance I received. Been to a lot of Bunnings stores around the country. This one at Mandurah stands out amongst the rest. Well done gang

It seems the bigger Bunnings gets, the less helpful the staff are.
Went to purchase a flexible hose - asked staff as I needed other connections for it.
"I don't know. This isn't my area" was the response and walked off.
Bring back the small corner hardware otherwise train your staff better in aspects of the store.

Big fat Bunnings full of Bunnings stuff that we all love. Who doesn't go into Bunnings for a packet of screws and come out with ten more things that were just saying "buy me, you know you need one of these". Just stay out of the tool section and things should be ok. Haha

Ok is not satisfactory.
Bunnings is absolutely fantastic.
We often go to Bunnings as there is a amazing fantastic assortment of marvelous goods.
And great coffee.
The staff are extremely fantastic and knowledgeable. Luckily for me!
I will find it very difficult if we can not purchase goods with Money?
It's ok for the younger folk but us oldies are just a little bit different?
Still. We still enjoy going to Bunnings.

Carpark at Greenfields is terrible.
Buy far the old Bunnings site was much better for getting in and out.of.

People keep on slipping over in front of Bunnings. This has been a big problem since they built it. The injury from this could be life changing. I'm amazed they have allowed this to go on for so long.
