Bunnings Warehouse is a home improvement and hardware retail giant that has established itself as a household name in Australia and New Zealand. As a frequent visitor to Bunnings, I've consistently found it to be an exceptional destination for all things related to DIY and home improvement.

One of Bunnings' standout features is its vast and diverse product selection. Whether you're tackling a major renovation project or a simple home repair, Bunnings has you covered with an extensive range of tools, building materials, garden supplies, and homeware. The store's organization and labeling make it easy to locate items quickly, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Customer service at Bunnings is generally top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable, always willing to provide advice and guidance, especially for those less experienced in DIY projects. The availability of in-store workshops and demonstrations further enhances the store's commitment to helping customers learn and succeed in their home improvement endeavors.

Bunnings' commitment to sustainability and community is commendable. The store encourages responsible disposal of waste materials, offers a wide selection of eco-friendly products, and supports local communities through various initiatives.

The Bunnings Warehouse layout is designed with convenience in mind. Its expansive outdoor garden centers are particularly impressive, offering a vast array of plants, gardening tools, and outdoor furniture. The sausage sizzle fundraiser often held outside Bunnings stores adds a unique, community-driven touch to the shopping experience.

While Bunnings may not always be the cheapest option, its competitive pricing, regular sales, and price-match guarantee ensure that customers can find value for their money.

In conclusion, Bunnings Warehouse is an essential destination for anyone looking to embark on home improvement or gardening projects. Its wide range of products, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to sustainability make it a go-to choice for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners alike.

AMAZING ASSISTANCE ABOVE AND BEYOND. Public still say to me Bunnings more expensive. I disagree I compare their prices…. And their EFFORT AND ASSISTANCE outstrips any competitors

No free kms on a 2 hour hire is disgusting. Did 60 kms at 39 c a kilometer. Cost me $ 109 for a 2 hour hire. NEVER AGAIN. They need to lower the kilometer rate.substantially.and there was a hidden insurance charge which i did not accept.

Absolutely NASTY and ABHORRENT attitude and behaviour from an elderly woman “Zoe” at the trade/service desk. (8th August, ~ 8: 30am)

Deciding to her come own conclusions about a circumstance irrelevant to her and then begins to speak quite aggressively to a customer and chastise them about a “blokey” shoulder tap which turned into a threatening vibe and power trip from her behalf. It was a simple “hey we gotta go outside” direction turn. Who has never done this? It’s a trade store, not to bring gender into this but it’s quite standard bloke to bloke behaviour. There was no aggression. I would compare it to a pat on the back. Another customer also cut in line and she chose not address this. Please pay more attention to who is next even though line cutting behaviour is shameful in its own way and so un-Australian.

Anyways, “Zoe’s” actions were NOT an appropriate way of handling said scenario workplace and otherwise in fact.

Rather than asking and attending to her fellow co-worker first for his view and feelings towards this interaction with a tap (which I have been subjected to in Bunnings, however I view this in a sincere buddy way from the usually pleasant and lovely staff as Bunnings has such a great homely atmosphere) she decided to stop processing orders for customers queuing and LASHES out in an aggressive loud, berating tone and manner in-front of other customers as well whilst at the same time speaking over myself and everyone else (other nice customers to help calm her) by raising her voice and repeatedly saying “DO YOU WANT ME TO GET THE MANAGER? ! BECAUSE I WILL GET THE MANAGER” in a highly threatening manner. This is plain abuse of power and lack of respect for the customers waiting and complete disregard for your co-worker and HIS thoughts and feelings as a human being. Are you actually standing up for him or just seeing any opportunity to assert dominance and play the hero card? Also, from this interact of said female staff member speaking over myself in her aggressive tone AS I was attempting to calm her down and make peace, it had made me feel very uncomfortable as a woman myself and felt quite condescending to say the least. I may appear younger but that is not way to speak to any person regardless of age and gender. Multiple times I stated the phrase “Yes we understand and agree personal space should always be respected” was spoken to her and fallen upon deaf ears as she carried on.

VERY THANKFUL for the wonderful manager who did come over and diffused the unnecessary attack by Zoe in a very professional and calm manner.

This outrageous outburst was perceived to me like it erupted from a personal inner conflict/trauma by the woman with how flagrantly unprofessional she handled the situation and her reaction in a workplace. Sorry for your inner turmoil “Zoe” but projecting your own emotions in a workplace is NOT it.

I unfortunately cannot visit this Bunnings location again as this has caused unnecessary anxiety as a customer and I do not wish to chance witnessing or experiencing this level of hostility again. It saddens me greatly as other staff have been exceptional over the years and extraordinary friendly. (Thank you for the lovely smile and good morning to the lady at the tool shop desk area)

I wish all the other Bunnings staff well and keep on being your great selves.

Cheers.

I'd just like to thank a lady called Lee, she helped me today collect my online pick up order while my son was asleep in the car. Its the little things that really make us happy. Absolutely pleasure of a woman to deal with. Thankyou Bunnings Malaga.

I wonder if Bunnings Malaga has ever considered watering their indoor plants. The store is only getting worse.

As can be expected, a massive range of products on offer at very competitive prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere makes it easy to shop for all your hardware needs. Lots of parking and easy access from main street.

Felt really compact compared with other bunnings. The layout was also backward from what I'm used to.
Staff didnt seem to know where things were.
The carpark was also tight and cramped.

Being a smaller centre it doesn't always have what the warehouses have bit suitable le for most things. Being smaller it is quicker to get in and out.

Bunnings is a great place for almost everything you need, BUT, if your Delivery stock, be prepared to wait in queue from anywhere from 30 mins to an hour, even when you do not require a fork lift. They will not let Couriers bring their items to Trade desk. Like today Im writing this while waiting 40 mins just for 3 light items.oh well plus sign, not, Im booking time while a more $$$ job gets taken off me whilst I wait. Poor form Bunnings

First time visit, seemed pretty good for a Bunnings. Helpful staff.something you don't always get. Despite their ads. Found what I needed, paid for it at self-serve and out in five minutes.
